WHAT IS THE JOB?
We are looking for a dedicated team of Bartenders to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary down on Rainey Street.
To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis :
Greeting guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
Guiding guests through menu selections while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients.
Taking accurate orders and partnering with runners to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations.
Preparing alcohol beverage orders placed by bar guests and by servers throughout the venue.
Providing energetic and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of, guaranteeing future visits.
Anticipating guests' needs by refilling waters and pre-bussing the bar top.
Being passionate and knowledgeable about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere.
Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.
Having excellent organizational skills.
Having great communication skills with a positive attitude.
Bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
Being fun, enthusiastic and having lots of energy.
Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent food product with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.

We are looking for a dedicated team of Servers to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary down on Rainey Street.

Providing an amazing experience to our guests from introduction to departure.
Guiding guests through menu selections while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients.
Taking accurate orders and partnering with runners to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations.
Providing energetic and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of, guaranteeing future visits.
Anticipating guests' needs by refilling waters and pre-bussing tables throughout the venue.
Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere.
Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards.

Server
Our Servers start at an hourly rate of $5.00 / hr averaging
$25-$35 / hr after tips and event gratuities. You can make great money
with us...but it's really our environment and culture that we pride ourselves in and what truly makes us so desirable to the service industry.
