The Chief Quality Officer (CQO) is a Partner in EisnerAmper LLP and a critical leader in the firm’s Assurance management team.
The CQO will report to the firm’s CEO and will work closely with the firm’s Managing Partner and will lead the National Office of Professional Practice.
This individual must be able to operate in a growing, fast-paced firm and be able to assess, monitor and make decisions related to firm risks.
The individual must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and take existing knowledge and use it to gain an understanding of new & emerging industries.
The individual must be willing to learn and grasp the gravity of a wide range of industry-specific situations and concepts.
Must be highly intelligent, analytical and a team player with exceptionally strong leadership skills and a high sense of urgency.
The individual will be an engaging communicator with the ability to successfully partner and forge strong relationships across the firm.
In addition, the individual will be expected to elevate the assurance firm and build and design a sustaining quality management capability.
It is imperative that the individual has a superb knowledge of the professional standards and can apply the firm’s view of these standards in various situations that involve a high degree of risk and be comfortable making difficult decisions that are in the best interests of the Firm.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :
Oversee the Firm’s Global Risk Management program.
Oversee the National Office of Professional Practice, including the Firm’s Chief Accountant and Chief Auditor
Detect and proactively address potential risk issues.
Regularly interface with the Eisner Advisory Group’s General Counsel
Manage and oversee the Independence function across the alternative practice structure.
Maintain the Firm’s monitoring and inspection program.
Participate in the design of the Firm’s acceptance and continuance policies and procedures.
Consult with teams on a wide variety of risk management matters.
Uphold the excellent quality reputation of our firm.
Basic Qualifications :
An experienced partner or partner equivalent with a minimum of 20 years of steady career progression including ten or more years as a partner in a top-20 accounting firm.
Bachelor’s degree is required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing is required.
Planned and led audits of both public and private companies
Experience in the financial services - asset management industry a strong plus
Developed and participated in the development of audit methodology
Comprehensive knowledge of AICPA and PCAOB standards as well as SEC Rules and regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP
Involvement in firm risk management consultations and decision making
Exposure to civil and criminal actions and resolution thereof.
Management of a team of relevant scale to this role. Ability to attract, develop, retain and motivate top talent.
Track-record of collaboration and influencing across a large organization to deliver to expectation.
Has excelled in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, growth business.

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools (budget vs actual analysis, deep understanding of KPI metrics)
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Quarterly and monthly financial reports
Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts, as well as new projects
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Supporting senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and senior management team
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
3+ year experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (Financial Modeling).
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Experience using SAP a plus
Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reports
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excited to continuously improve processes and deliver top-quality deliverables.
Hands-on attitude and ability to tackle and problem solve.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :
Executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image.
On a daily basis, the coordinator’s role will involve (but is not limited to) :
coordinating and implementing events and sponsorships
assisting with presentation and communication projects
updating marketing collateral, brochures and presentations
monitoring new business opportunities and sales pipeline

Basic Qualifications :
Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required
2 + years of marketing experience.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Financial services or professional services experience a plus
Extensive experience with MS Office 365 particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus.
Good understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques and databases
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent communication and people skills
Minimal travel, largely within Southern California

Manage a team of financial analysts focused on firmwide Operations functions and supporting executive leaders and their organizations including CFO, CTO, CPO, CMO.
Responsible for monitoring operations and firmwide spend relative to budget and variance explanations.

Strong proficiency in financial storytelling with the ability to have a big picture’ perspective. Skilled in presenting complex analysis in concise, insightful manner.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing budgets and forecast activities.
Ability to do advanced financial data analysis that may require synthesizing large volume of data.
Extensive experience using various financial planning systems. Working knowledge of SAP Planning and reporting is highly preferred.
Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or / and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing
Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial principles

Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models and scenario analysis.
