The Role :
In the role of Account Manager, you will use your keen attention to detail to support Group Coordinators in preparation for their trip.
You will manage the pre-departure details of the group and follow through with requests to ensure a beautiful customer experience from enrollment through departure.
As an Account Manager, you will be able to participate in the Sales Development Leadership Program. This is designed to accelerate the careers of high-performing candidates and prepare them for leadership in business.
You will play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Key Tasks :
- Manage group trips within your region by speaking with Group Coordinators about service revenue and other pre-departure questions
- Set correct expectations by providing detailed information to travelers to ensure they have a full understanding of each component of the trip prior to departure
- Initiate and follow-up on Group requests as the liaison between Group Coordinators and internal EF Go Ahead departments
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and internal systems
- Support efforts to grow the Groups Travel Program by utilizing the sales process to encourage Group Coordinators to set up future tours

- Compensation : First-year Account Managers have an on-target earning potential of $60,000 (base salary starting at $45,000 and $15,000 bonus potential).
In addition, there is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. OTE increases to $65,000 after 12 months. Full comp plan details, and future earning potential, will be reviewed during the interview process
Social Media Influencer Manager

About the role :
This position will sit on the Boston-based Marketing team and work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager.
As the Social Media Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with social influencers.
You will identify influencers we can partner with to increase brand awareness & equity, source content, recruit travelers and drive revenue growth.
We are looking for an outgoing, organized marketer with exceptional communication skills who will be comfortable reaching out to and pitching new influencer partners.
You will represent the amazing (and fun) benefits offered by Go Ahead Tours while also building trust through your professionalism and integrity.
You will :
- Seek out opportunities to partner with social influencers and manage the end-to-end relationship with each influencer from initial contact, to pitching our programs, negotiating deliverables and contracts, and reporting on their success
- Introduce influencers to our Group Coordinator Program, in which they can set up private group trips to destinations around the world
- Project manage all influencer trips act as the point person for influencer communication, collaborate with the Partnerships and Ecommerce teams on timelines, Q / A and launch plan details
- Support influencers through the generation of best practice guidelines, marketing materials, and other supporting documents
- Hand-pick a select number of influencers to travel on our tours each year to help grow our brand equity, and pitch these opportunities to senior leadership
- Develop an understanding of business goals and inventory needs, and creatively leverage Influencer partnerships to support those goals
- Build an internal influencer directory, including communication protocols for each influencer
- Communicate with Product Development and Operations teams to ensure influencer trips are executed flawlessly; meeting or exceeding our quality standards
- Manage influencer contracts and track / document permissions granted to allow Go Ahead to leverage influencer content, handles, etc.
- Develop reporting to measure the success of various influencer programs and present reporting to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Social team to identify, source and share influencer content that can be leveraged within the greater social media editorial calendar
- Enhance and grow our Affiliate program onboarding influencers into our Affiliate platform and providing trackable links to measure their success
- Attend conferences and leverage speaking opportunities to recruit new influencers for the Group Coordinator program
- Collaborate with Paid Media team to recruit new influencers for the Group Coordinator program via paid social campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to optimize all customer touchpoints related to influencers (email series, website, SEO strategy, etc)
You have :
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Strong sales and marketing acumen with proven track record in building effective influencer partner relationships
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) to be able to communicate with influencer partners
- Strong presentation skills with ability to report out your strategy and results clearly and effectively to senior leadership
- Superior project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally several times per year for conferences
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics

The Hotel Allocations Specialist
In this role, you will play a vital role in fulfilling the company’s mission : Opening the World Through Education. You will be part of the passionate, high-achieving, and fun Procurement Team (part of Operations Team) and will be a key face of EF Explore America to our hotel suppliers in select destinations.
You will report directly to an experienced Procurement Manager.
The Role
- Developing and managing multiple relationships with select-destination U.S. hotel partners.
- Strategically building allocation strategies that support our strategic business objectives around cost and quality management, inventory utilization, and customer experience.
- Onboarding new hotel suppliers to ensure they are well-prepared to offer the best experience possible to our student travelers.
- Managing reservation details and working closely with hotels to problem-solve on-tour incidents.
- Assist in any necessary supplier or contract negotiations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0- 2 years professional or equivalent experience
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Able to think critically and creatively to problem solve under pressure
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the larger mission
- Great communication skills, both oral and written
- A self-directed, results oriented, team player
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
