Who we’re looking for :

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant for our CEO / Founder of Edible Arrangements. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

How you’ll make an impact :

  • Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants and business partners.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel schedule and reservations for executive management.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the CEO / Founder.
  • Assist COS with preparation of presentation materials.
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare pre-read documents for meetings
  • Outstanding communication skills and the professional confidence necessary to work effectively with senior management.
  • High level of integrity and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Assist in project management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Partners to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients.
  • Coordinates personal appointments, documents, travel and household requirements as necessary.

And here’s what we think you’re like :

  • 2-5years experience supporting at the executive level.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
  • Experience scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements for management, including commercial and private aviation.
  • Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment.
  • Team player; quick thinker and solution oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Who we’re looking for :

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company. The role is responsible for receiving visitors at the front desk, answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, maintaining the reception area, breakrooms and conference rooms, and providing administrative support across the organization as needed.

Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and exciting environment, create WOW-worthy guest experiences daily, and add value to the company by being the important first impression of Edible Brands with franchisees, vendors, potential new employees, and visitors to our office in Atlanta.

How you’ll make an impact :

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and relay them promptly to the appropriate individuals.
  • Provide information about the company, its products / services, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the management team.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

And here’s what we think you’re like :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a multi-line phone system, fax machines, and printers.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

The Delivery Ambassador is responsible for representing Edible by maintaining a professional image and providing excellent customer service.

The Delivery Ambassador is also responsible for delivering Edible orders accurately, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities of a Driver :

Accurately delivers Edible products to customers in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner

  • Establishes quick connections with recipients and delivers a WOW experience
  • Gathers and organizes delivery tickets by area

  • Loads product in the delivery vehicle

Driver Job Description :

A good job candidate must be an experienced driver with a valid driver's license and a completely clean driving record. We need our driver to have no previous traffic violations.

A qualified job candidate must observe all traffic regulations, and be able to plan the best routes based on road and traffic conditions.

They also must properly maintain the vehicle on a daily basis to keep it clean and safe.

Driver Job Requirements :

High school graduate or equivalent

  • Current, Valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record
  • Must possess geographical knowledge of service area
