Job Summary :

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing B2B demand and lead generation initiatives across multiple channels.

You will support the process of defining target customer segments, developing the appropriate outreach strategies, and executing the campaigns.

In addition, you will provide daily support on other marketing related initiatives such as marketing media calendars and event coordination.

Essential Functions : Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute all inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline
  • Use marketing automation platforms (HubSpot / Pardot / etc.) to track and optimize lead generation & lead nurturing programs through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media, webinars and social media channels
  • Track, report, and analyze program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement
  • Assist in the creation of social media content, collaborate with the marketing team on the planning and execution of campaigns and strategies, monitor the media and manage social media calendar
  • Conduct market research to better identify target audiences and how to attract using a variety of tools
  • Assist with planning, communicating and executing events, including timelines, venues, vendors, speakers, agendas, promotions, budgets and invitations from ideation to execution
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and appeal to various stakeholders
  • Provide additional marketing support as needed

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Experience with payment (i.e. commercial cards), fintech, or B2B services (required)
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing for alignment of key lead generation and sales objectives
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO / SEM, email, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Monitor metrics using Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics and other related tools
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities / strategies
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a user-centric mindset
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Strong project planning and organization skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation (i.e., Hubspot)
  • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in B2B lead generation & digital marketing
  • Proven track record of building successful lead generation and funnel management; strong accountability for generating pipeline that leads to revenue
  • At least 1 year marketing automation experience (preferably HubSpot)

Job Summary :

The Senior Vice President, Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals into new markets and for generating new revenue throughout North America.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new sales staff to help them acclimate and onboard successfully with the company
  • Motivates and engages the team through high support sales leadership
  • Provides constructive and timely performance feedback to support team execution

Essential Functions : Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a team to grow new business by supporting them in demonstrating and selling our solution to large market commercial accounts in AP e-payments using virtual cards, ACH, FX, check (Total AP payments) and AP automation software including P2P and AP workflow / software solutions and partnerships
  • Conduct extensive research to understand potential clients' goals, objectives and challenges and take steps to fully understand the companys distinctive difference in the marketplace
  • Build onto our performance culture Speed, exceeding revenue goals and constant improvement are our cornerstones
  • Lead by example, equipping the team with the sales processes and skills needed to exceed business and personal goals
  • Develop tactics that support the sales strategy, articulating a clear definition for success and creating goals that directly align with CSIs corporate business objectives
  • Grow the sales team through sourcing, interviewing and developing talent as CSIs footprint continues to grow
  • Collaborate tirelessly and act as a thought leader, providing a customer level perspective to help guide Marketing and Product development
  • Initiate and participate in special projects that improve sales processes, go-to-market strategies, product development and demand generation
  • Coach sales team members to deliver impactful ROIs as part of proposals, focusing on value creation for our prospects
  • Adhere to our sales framework, maintaining a team pipeline centered around value creation for our prospects and their buying journey
  • Maintain a data-driven culture that leverages analytics to measure results and accurately forecast
  • Support a customer-centric handoff to account management

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to communicate end to end solution effectively to key decision makers within a prospective organization
  • Ability to see the process through to the end to support the team in closing the deal
  • Ability to understand the different processes with the electronic payment space and how company programs can provide effective solutions
  • Accurate, professional and timely communication with potential clients and internal groups
  • Ability to meet required, set sales / revenues targets and sell a complete software solution package for AP
  • Comfort with and ability to demo software and technology via webinar, phone and face-to-face in a high-level, technical format
  • Experience selling to large corporate clients at the VP and C-Level
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills
  • Excellent, verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Must possess strong time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively to guide a team to meet and exceed goals
  • Must represent CSI globalVCard in a professional and knowledgeable capacity

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • A minimum of 8 years of successful selling experience in the corporate payments space and or AP workflow, P2P software solutions, or AP virtual card payment solutions
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience

Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries
  • May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain
