Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate performs the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and moves and stores food and other products in the distribution center.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate include receiving incoming product, checking for accuracy, loading trucks for maximum delivery accuracy, and completing load verifications with handheld scanner.
Warehouse Associates also assist the Production Department as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control
- Willingness to obtain certification to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
- Ability to work with yeast and flour products
- Must successfully pass a preemployment background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and / or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing / pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions 33-38 degrees , and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary

This role is a thought leader position in DPZ focused on adding value for both the franchise and DPZ businesses. This individual will report to the Director of Finance and will work cross functionally with several key areas of the business including Field Ops, Training, Marketing, & Supply Chain on key analyses thru a holistic approach of identifying impacts ot Franchise and DPZ profitability.
This role demands the individual to analyze and clearly communicate issues while providing recommendations / solutions. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on franchise profitability, identifying trends and improving visibility into franchise results at the store and enterprise level.
This position will be a thought leader and identify trends in Domino’s and QSR performance to improve outcomes. This individual will be responsible for the development and coaching of the marketing analyst that will promote opportunities for learning beyond the team member’s direct responsibilities. .
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
70% Franchise Financial Reporting
- Lead existing financial and operational reporting activities for U.S. franchise stores
- Lead P&L collection process and related reporting activities driven by store submissions and identify opportunities / recommendations to improve overall health of the system
- Responsible for Franchise flash reporting and budgeting and providing thoughtful insights into any variances
- Leveraging data analytics, provide insight on various promotional activities, such as profitability on any particular order or promotional activity
- Provide insight on industry and competitor performance
- Present financial results to varying audiences including executive leadership, field support, & franchisees
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meetings as needed
30% Marketing Support and Reporting
- Working with the Marketing Financial Analyst ensure the accuracy of co-op budgets
- Responsible for accuracy of Marketing Budgets and Flashes
- Ensure goals and objectives are clearly communicated and aligned with the overall Finance / DPZ objectives
- May be asked to support DNAF activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field
- 6-8 years relevant work experience preferably within finance or accounting
- 2 years of manager / people - leader experience
- Demonstrates strong accounting and financial analysis knowledge
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks
- Experience leveraging data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI or Tableau)
- Ability to communicate financial information to various audiences
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Hyperion, MicroStrategy, and Peoplesoft is ideal

$100-$120k + 15% Bonus
