The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative I is to provide exemplary service to Credit Union via all manners and methods of contact, including but not limited to : phones, e-mail, web channels, mail, and facsimile.

Under general supervision, the MCC Rep I performs a wide variety of duties related to member service such as processing deposits and withdrawals, reviewing account information and credit / card transactions, processing loan payments, providing basic online banking support, etc.

This position supports all of the Credit Union depository and lending products and works to achieve cross-sell goals established by the Credit Union.

MCC Rep I’s are generally on the phone in a queue the entire day and responsible for adhering to their assigned schedule to ensure member service standards are met and exceeded.

This role’s focus is the member experience and is expected to represent Nuvision Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times, showing mutual respect while working with and collaborating with others to build strong relationships internally within the organization and externally with our members.

This means supporting the Credit Union goals and Core Values. They must maintain confidentiality with member information, pay attention to detail, ensure accuracy, demonstrate sound judgment, and act with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for providing efficient and timely service to the membership via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable.
  • Provides basic member service transactions, with quality and accuracy.
  • Consults with members. Identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up on any pending transactions.
  • Holds conversations that matter with members either in person or over the phone.
  • Recommends other products and services such as ancillary products as appropriate from having conversations that matter with members.
  • Performs various duties including but not limited to : Opening all new Member Accounts; Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, and IRA.
  • Completes all appropriate forms such as Account Cards, Certificate Application and Agreement, Trust Application and Agreement, and Certificate of Trust.
  • Recommends other products and services as appropriate from having conversations that matter with members.
  • Performs a wide variety of account maintenance including but not limited to : changes of address, name changes, adding / updating account set up, adding / updating joint owners, adding / updating beneficiaries, closing accounts, processing deceased accounts and notary services.
  • Identifies and reports any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
  • Completes all required training and compliance modules.
  • Treats all co-workers and members with respect.
  • Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities.
  • Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
  • Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services

  • Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel), remote signing and ability to work and operate a webcam

    The Financial Analyst is responsible forproviding support in the development of the annual budget and the maintenance of the Asset / Liability Management (ALM) model.

    Responsibilities :

    • Evaluate and develop campaign strategy and framework that focuses on driving growth from new customer acquisition, upsell / cross-sell and retention opportunities.
    • Implement A / B tests to inform future initiatives and drive efficiencies
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign plans including key messaging, positioning, channel spend allocations and measurable objectives are all in alignment with business goals

    In conjunction with the SVP of Marketing, the VP Marketing oversees, develops and executes member acquisition, retention, and cross sell marketing campaigns that accelerates credit union’s growth across all regions and channels including retail and digital.

    The VP Growth Marketing collaborates with internal business partners including Retail, Mortgage, Small Business, Product Management, Digital to ensure effective marketing campaigns that drive asset growth through new member acquisition, member retention, and increased cross sell with existing members.

    Collaborates with Analytics team to develop campaign tracking metrics and insights that continuously improve campaign performance in terms of response rates and top of funnel leads.

    Partners with Sales and Operations to increase lead conversions through sales funnel. The VP Growth Marketing position is also responsible for the credit union’s website, social media and online presence.

    Oversees creative, campaign management, digital, and marketing specialist functions.

    Responsibilities :

    Evaluate and develop campaign strategy and framework that focuses on driving growth from new customer acquisition, upsell / cross-sell and retention opportunities.

    Implement A / B tests to inform future initiatives and driveefficiencies

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign plans including key messaging, positioning, channel spend allocations and measurable objectives are all in alignment with business goals
    • Lead efforts to ensure campaign measurement of campaign results and communication of campaign results on a regular cadence across cross-functional teams in order to inform augmentation of future campaigns
    • Work closely with a variety of agencies, media partners and cross-functional teams in driving business objectives
    • Manages Functional contributions from creative, digital marketing and marketing specialist to ensure high quality standards and quantity of marketing efforts to support company growth.
    • Oversees the lead management process and marketing technology, including marketing automation, and others. Contributes to the sales process.

    Ensures member touchpoints are seamless across all channels

    Monitors performance, provides ongoing performance feedback and coaching to direct reports, indirect reports and others as needed, and conducts performance & development conversations as well as effective performance evaluations.

    Expects and enables team members to support the work of peers. Provide appropriate communications and updates to up-line leader pertaining to areas of responsibilities.

    Actively engages in continuous improvement activities. Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.

    Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive member, team member, and other corporate information. Treats co-workers and members with respect.

    • Supports, participates and volunteers in, member community activities, member relations and events that promote member-centric experiences.
    • Fulfills other, related duties, as assigned.

    Qualifications :

    • 7-10 years of progressive responsibilities and experience in marketing & / or related areas. Inclusive of 5-years decision-making and management experience.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental marketing principles and strategies.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing technologies, including marketing automation (Marketo), social and digital media, and other new and emerging tools.

    Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.

    • Working knowledge of platforms / tools to improve effectiveness of Marketing (such as CuneXus and Q2)
    • Strong management and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff across diverse functions. Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent Copy Writing.
    • Strong problem-solving skills. Creative and able to develop innovative solutions.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Self-starter.

    The primary role of the Member Contact Center Representative I is to provide exemplary service to Credit Union via all manners and methods of contact, including but not limited to : phones, e-mail, web channels, mail, and facsimile.

    Under general supervision, the MCC Rep I performs a wide variety of duties related to member service such as processing deposits and withdrawals, reviewing account information and credit / card transactions, processing loan payments, providing basic online banking support, etc.

    This position supports all of the Credit Union depository and lending products and works to achieve cross-sell goals established by the Credit Union.

    MCC Rep I’s are generally on the phone in a queue the entire day and responsible for adhering to their assigned schedule to ensure member service standards are met and exceeded.

    This role’s focus is the member experience and is expected to represent Nuvision Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times, showing mutual respect while working with and collaborating with others to build strong relationships internally within the organization and externally with our members.

    This means supporting the Credit Union goals and Core Values. They must maintain confidentiality with member information, pay attention to detail, ensure accuracy, demonstrate sound judgment, and act with tact and diplomacy.

    Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for providing efficient and timely service to the membership via phone, mail, facsimile, as applicable. Provides basic member service transactions, with quality and accuracy.
    • Consults with members. Identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up on any pending transactions. Holds conversations that matter with members either in person or over the phone.
    • Recommends other products and services such as ancillary products as appropriate from having conversations that matter with members.
    • Performs various duties including but not limited to : Opening all new Member Accounts; Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificates, and IRA.

    Completes all appropriate forms such as Account Cards, Certificate Application and Agreement, Trust Application and Agreement, and Certificate of Trust.

    Recommends other products and services as appropriate from having conversations that matter with members.

    • Performs a wide variety of account maintenance including but not limited to : changes of address, name changes, adding / updating account set up, adding / updating joint owners, adding / updating beneficiaries, closing accounts, processing deceased accounts and notary services.
    • Identifies and reports any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
    • Completes all required training and compliance modules.
    • Treats all co-workers and members with respect.
    • Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities.
    • Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
    • Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications :

    • 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
