The In-Flight Services Division at Delta Air Lines, Inc. has a student program that includes positions within our Production team and is seeking to fill Internship opportunities with undergrad students in the following disciplines : Pre-Production :
- Request projects in Workfront
- Gather scripts and other assets from client
- Schedule shoot dates / times / book and secure locations / rooms
- Prepare / charge batteries, equipment, media cards
Production :
- Get equipment to shoot and prep as much as possible with setup
- Knowledge of setting up cameras, tripods, mics, small lights, etc.
- Helping prepare the set
- Assisting with hair and make-up / attire
- Printing off scripts
- Act as a runner distributing messages or items with crew and cast
- Undertake errands as assigned
- Shooting proficiency not needed

- Assisting with continuity between shots to ensure script is covered / executed
- Assist with breakdown and return gear
Post-Production :
- Gather graphics or separate media from client and provide to editing team
- Assist with managing editors on projects (ie prioritizing edit flow)

- Communicate to team when media is ready

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Must satisfactorily complete tests which are structured to determine ability to accomplish the essential functions of the job and the ability to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to read and write English and have a working knowledge of personal computers.
- Should possess the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy.
- Must be a team player with focus on customer service.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to work in a safe manner and be able to lift up to 80 pounds, utilizing proper equipment or assistance.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
If transferring internally) Must be currently performing satisfactorily in present position.

Experience in warehousing and logistics is preferred.
