Qualifications

Required :

  • 2+ years in a technical or functional lead role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
