SERVICE DISPATCHER
Responsibilities :
Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines.
Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance to ensure timely completion.
Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer. Assist with paperwork and prepare reports.
May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent phone skills
Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
Ability to multitask

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Responsibilities :
Sell assigned products in a geographical territory and / or assigned accounts.
May work in a team approach and assist other sales positions with territory management and communication.
Make sales calls to qualify prospects. Generate leads. Involvement in information gathering efforts and / or tracking and follow-up of leads and inquiries.
Participate in both training activities both locally, in the field and occasionally at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters.
Work within various departments within the branch to understand their function and objectives with particular focus on activities related to the position for which they are training.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
Microsoft Office experience
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos
