This Social Media Creative Video Content Creator is an up-and-coming creative & content talent with an understanding of social platforms and an eye for the creative consumer and Gen Z audiences (incl.
marketers, content creators, communications professionals, and small businesses). They'll be comfortable working across varying deadlines, and keep up with Internet culture, memes, and trends.
This person will be immersed in a team that identifies creative opportunities on social, as well as produce quick-turn, in-house social content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Facebook, and Twitter.
This is an opportunity to shape creative and engaging content development for social channels, educating communities about the company’s product(s) and sparking conversation and community.
This person will work closely with social strategists and community management to bring creative strategies to life, and to take ideas from concept to finished product every week.

Responsibilities :
- Create original content for the company’s Express social media channels to complement and supplement existing content streams
- Support video content production in conjunction with internal and external teams
- Create visual assets (emphasis on short form video, and graphic design) for quick-turn and trending social opportunities
- Devise creative concepts & plans for campaigns, cultural moments, content series, and new platforms
- Partner with Social leads on creative and content strategy for new and emerging platforms
- Support social creative content strategy and execution across Express and Brand & Consumer channels
- Partner with community management to identify creative trends and execute on them
- Work in partnership with creative agencies to ensure that creative look, feel, voice, and tone is consistent and relevant across all creative produced
Requirements :
- Strong experience creating social-first content across myriad platforms and media types (social-first video, photo / social graphic, GIF, etc.)
- Ability to turn insights into engaging visual concepts
- Deep knowledge of social content types, formats, and lengths, and what works best on each platform (lnstagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- A proven understanding for the types of creative that appeals to creative communicators (marketers, content creators) and Gen Z audiences
- Experienced at and comfortable speaking on camera
- Experience working in fast-paced media environments with aggressive deadlines
- Experience creating social content for or marketing for other brand channels
- Proven experience working with Adobe tools, such as Adobe Express, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Fresco, and After Effects
- Advanced fluency in Internet culture. Curious to stay well-informed on the latest in social and in the world
- Steeped in current events, aware of the company’s place in tech and in the creative community
