Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager responsible for working across two US regions (West & Central), aligning closely with the in-region teams to ensure the marketing strategy and execution plans align with the region's priorities, key objectives, and pipeline goals.
The successful candidate will define the regional marketing plan that is aligned to corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives with the goal to engage prospects, create demand as well as driving and accelerating pipeline.
This role is diverse with responsibilities for regional demand programs that are critical to supporting our in-region pipeline build activities and executing on those priorities.
What Will You Do?
- The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of field marketing programs and tactics, strategic planning, and integrated execution
- Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally
- Support and be POC for in-region field marketing plans and execution across two US regions
- Partner with the regional sales teams in identifying marketing-supported needs and gaps
- Meet regularly with internal leaders and teams to understand regional priorities
- Collaborate with the partner marketing leads, understand the partner plans
- Gain an understanding of the corporate demand generation plans and evangelize
- Be responsible for managing a regional field marketing budget as well as reporting for in-region specific marketing programs
- Assess results of programs to determine changes to plans moving forward
- Maintain a marketing plan and publish results regularly
- Travel- 40%
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in technology marketing and / or field marketing in US
- History of building strong and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams
- Familiar with a variety of Marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Experience with planning and implementation of field marketing programs in region
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability
- Strong understanding of networking and selling in a B2B environment
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work and manage multiple priorities, while communicating regularly to Sales teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative mind and track record of developing successful marketing programs
- Excellent project management skills and able to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team

Your Pay :
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
$82,600 - $156,400
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team.
Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Along with 5G and SD-WAN, security is viewed by Cradlepoint as one of three key pillars of WAN transformation. They are also key pillars in Gartner's SASE model, which is an integrated offering combining wide-area network capabilities with comprehensive network security functions to support the dynamic secure access needs of digital enterprises.
Cradlepoint is investing heavily in SASE, and is seeking a Product Marketing Manager working in the Cybersecurity Business Unit to be responsible for researching, positioning, messaging, promoting, and supporting demand initiatives around the Cradlepoint SASE security capabilities gained in its acquisition of Ericom (www.zerotrustedge.com).
What Will You Do?
- Understand SASE edge network security trends
- Based upon research and internal strategic discussions, create unique positioning and messaging to elevate and promote Cradlepoint security capabilities throughout the security solutions lifecycle
- Develop the content for training materials and tools for the sales and channel enablement teams to use with the inside, field, and channel sales teams and participate in enabling your key audiences
- Enable the field, partners, and other relevant teams on your solutions
- Permeate the security message in customer content, sales enablement material, and cradlepoint.com
- Help the content and demand marketing teams to create compelling web, social, and collateral-based marketing material to drive demand for IoT solutions, including case studies, videos, website copy, white papers, surveys, blog posts, etc.
- Develop product-related customer facing content and tools
- Assist with the development of competitive tools
- Provide content and ideas to help others in the company become thought leaders
- At a high level, perform live security demonstrations
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of five (5) years of technology Product Marketing experience with at least three (3) years in a significant network security product marketing role
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Understanding of security technologies and high-level enterprise use cases
- Ability to execute GTM initiatives from conception through implementation
- Possesses critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent presentation skills including the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations to executives, partners, and customers
- Ability to perform live demonstrations
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment
