Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a highly driven individual to join our administrative staff. You will be a part of a team overseeing office operations, verification of health insurances, streamlining EHR systems, reviewing explanation of insurance benefits, reviewing insurance plans with direct communication to patients and multiple healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate is an organized and efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work.

Compensation : $15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
- Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants
- Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
- Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
- Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization
- Work with a third-party billing system and keep EHR system accurate and up to date with office policies.
- Ability to address payments, EOB's, balances, and credits with patients.
- Keep up to do date accounting and finances through our POS systems and mail.
- Ability to work with a team, while maintaining a thriving front and back office department that supplements every provider within our office.
Qualifications :
- Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- A healthcare background is recommended but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual!
