What You'll Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Information Architecture, Communications, Computer Science, or a related discipline (required)
- Over 5 years of proven UX experience
- Extensive experience conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Proficiency in expert reviews and heuristic evaluations
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Glassbox
- Expertise in crafting low-fidelity wireframes, Personas, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Autonomy in your work style, effectively managing your time and meeting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with both your team and internal clients
- Ability to transform innovative ideas into tangible designs by collaborating with designers and developers
- Keen eye for clean, visually consistent designs that delight users
- Agility in iterating designs to meet business and user needs while navigating technical constraints
- Exceptional ability to give and receive design critique, fostering continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and proficiency in research activities
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your user experience design and / or research project deliverables
- Knowledge of foundational web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid grasp of designing for Accessibility standards WCAG / 508
What Sets You Apart :
- Previous experience working with Agile methodology
- Proven track record of working across enterprise-level projects
- Practical application of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Proficiency in group facilitation, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, task analysis, usability test moderation, and card sorting
- Expertise in designing for mobile and / or responsive web interfaces
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences at various levels within our organization
- Strong visual design skills
- Familiarity with video, motion graphics, or photography
- Eagerness to learn from colleagues and engage in continuous professional growth
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality and attention to detail throughout the design process
- Healthcare experience (a plus, but not required)

Please Note :
While remote work is currently possible, eventually, this position will require you to be in the office for a to-be-determined number of days.
Additionally, candidates must reside in one of the following states : NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, before being converted to full-time employment.
