The Job

As a Buyer / Planner, you’ll be part of our Cribmaster team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to :

Assist in creation and execute a 12-month rolling supply plan that incorporates commercial promotion plans, historical trends, production capacities, and lead times.

This plan is tied to the company demand plan.

  • Responsible for the day to day execution of the supply plan as it relates toissuing purchase orders,maintaining planning parameters,expediting product delivery from vendorsresolution of related operating issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Develop a variety of tools and methods that streamline the maintenance and updating of master data.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform cycle counts in a warehouse environment
  • Assist Purchasing Manager in data mining and creation of special reports

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Must have strong SAP Experience. JDA and Ariba a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Supply Chain function.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivots, v / h lookups, complex formulas, etc.). Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Skills a plus.
  • Competent with measuring and analyzing supply chain costs.
  • Able to identify, manage, and lead supply chain improvement projects.

The Job

As a Test Engineer I, you’ll be part of our Engineering team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to :

  • This position will be responsible for the development and technical support of all testing activities.
  • Compiles and analyzes operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified components / products.
  • Analyzes and communicates product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine proper test methods that will meet / exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Prepares or directs preparation of product or testing layout with detailed test plans.
  • Plans and develops experimental test programs through analytical assessments with product engineering.
  • Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
  • Develops reporting tools and statistical analysis techniques to communicate testing results to inter-departmental stakeholders.
  • Leads the design, development and implementation of test fixtures and equipment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years mechanical test experience
  • Experience using control programs such as LabVIEW, Visual Basic, Python or C++
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements such as UL, USEPA, CARB, CSA, CE.
  • Ability to develop test fixtures based on defined test requirements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and product lifecycle management programs such as Teamcenter.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling programs such as Solidworks, Solid Edge or NX / UG
