THE POSITION :

We are looking for a new member of our growing team to support with the conversion, or sale, of each property, as well as to aggregate new buyers, sellers, and agent partners through digital and print marketing campaigns continually growing our database of high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager role is creative, energetic, flexible and composed under pressure. The Marketing Manager will execute property marketing campaigns on a daily basis including client communication with both agents and sellers.

They must have incredible attention to detail, be self-starters, and have excellent time management and prioritization skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Managing high-price or high-touch property marketing campaigns
  • Copywriting
  • Analytics reporting
  • Digital and print advertising
  • Email campaigns
  • Securing press and media features
  • Digital and print collateral design
  • Website content management
  • General marketing strategy and support
  • Executing portfolio sale campaigns
  • General company marketing / non-property projects and support
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years experience in marketing management or likekind role
  • Ability to self manage and correctly prioritize and re-prioritize urgent items throughout the day
  • Technically savvy with experience using Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Composed under pressure
  • Great people skills and professionalism in person, on the phone, and through email
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and requests
  • Ability to work within set budgets
  • Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure, anticipate problems, pro-actively solution, and resolve effectively

Requirements

THE POSITION :

We are looking for a new member of our growing team to support our company’s marketing efforts to the real estate industry.

As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies and campaigns to build awareness and education about our platform as a tool for real estate agents to sell high-end listings.

Above all, you have an innate attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize; understand marketing and promotion techniques, channels, and technologies;

and have enviable operational, organizational, communication, and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Developing marketing campaigns to increase education, revenue, and market share in the real estate industry
  • Supporting our preferred, partnership, advisory board, and other agent programs
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
  • Communicating marketing campaigns and performance
  • Monitoring and evaluating project activities and results across multiple platforms social media, content, design, press / media, collateral, and analytics, to name a few
  • Competitor, industry, audience, and data research
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Organizing, coordinating, and managing events including, but not limited to conferences, trade shows, etc including all logistics and activities (venue, vendors, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitations, marketing promotion, invitees / guest lists, budgeting, lead tracking, follow up, etc) within time limits and on budget
  • Proactively resolving any arising issues and offering solutions to troubleshoot in a timely manner
  • Tracking and allocating expenses
  • Analyzing ROI / success and preparing / submitting / presenting regular reporting
  • Identifying opportunities, researching / understanding the market, and articulately proposing ideas
  • Other company marketing / event / task support, as needed

  • Technical competency in applications and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
