Business Expansion

  • Expand high-end catering brands and further develop the long-term catering business plan.
  • Expand the high-end catering, banquet, and event market in the local area of New York through various offline and online activities.
  • Design a membership service system and regularly organize customer communication salons to maintain customer relationships.

Quality Control Enhancement

  • Implement comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process of the catering business to improve service details and service levels.
  • Tenant management to effectively increase customer traffic, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Team Building and Talent Development

  • Establish a team dedicated to the development and coordination of the 28L catering business.
  • Share experience and cultivate a talent pool.

Qualifications :

  • More than 10 years of working experience, in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event planning industries is required;
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a F&B Director, or restaurant General Manager, especially in the hospitality industry with strong culinary and service reputations, lifestyle and / or luxury experience preferred
  • Business oriented thinking, has keen market insights and judgment;
  • Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, passionate, takes initiative, good leadership skills;
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • U.S. work visa or relevant U.S. work permit

Data Integrity Analyst - WFH

Overview :

  • Capture and entry of study data received from the field in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all month-end deadlines
  • Compile missing data reports and provide detailed queries to the sites to facilitate accurate and timely data capture
  • Serve as primary contact for study data entry questions from inside and outside the organization
  • Communicate regularly with field operations regarding study activities
  • Compile and report weekly data capture and entry status
  • Assist Strategic Site Liaison to ensure all patient enrollment is captured from sites
  • Assist Billing with producing visit capture details and reports related to study data
  • Reconcile study data with data provided by Pharmaceutical companies as needed

Overview : Hybrid Role

Hybrid Role

Provides client focused support to end users on a variety of IT issues, including but not limited to, account services, software and hardware issues.

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality first level support to users via telephone and email with limited direction.
  • Escalate issues to senior staff and / or other departments as appropriate.
  • Document issues according to established processes.
  • Follow defined departmental policies, processes and procedures.
  • Meet predetermined schedules and mandated deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple and, sometimes, competing priorities with some guidance.
  • Create, track and manage service requests for new hires, client moves and terminations
  • Process hardware and software requests.

Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years' experience serving on a telephone response Help Desk / Service Desk
  • Knowledge of Ticket Management Systems. ServiceNow or Jira preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience with PC hardware / software desktop support
  • A positive attitude and a conscientious commitment to customer service and problem resolution
  • Windows hardware and OS knowledge.
  • Apple device hardware and OS knowledge.
  • SCCM and / or JAMF administration and use for centralized management of devices.
  • Virtual Private Networks (VPN) with RSA Administration.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to support virtual desktops and applications is a plus (Citrix).
  • ServiceNow or Jira use and knowledge.
  • A basic understanding of Windows TCP / IP networking.
  • Active Directory User / Computer Account Administration.
  • Mobile Device support knowledge (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.).
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and be organized.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
