Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Lab Assistant to work within their facilities located in Kansas City, KS for a 12-month contract (possible to extend).

Responsibilities :

  • Handling the retaining and disposal of in-service oil samples
  • May be responsible for some receiving of mail, mail opening, and sorting of in-service oil samples into trays for processing.
  • Locating and pulling trays of samples that are ready for retain. Placing them into the laboratory equipment that holds retained samples.
  • Locating and pull trays of samples that have reach their disposal date.
  • Disposing of samples utilizing lab equipment that crushes the sample bottles and drains oil into an oil vat.
  • Discarding crushed sample bottles into dumpster after an allotted period has passed.
  • Receives, opens, and sorts in daily samples as necessary.
  • Receiving mail, mail opening, data entry in qualifying sample information, sorting samples into trays for processing.
  • Opening packages of consumables and entering electronic inventory system.
  • Dispose of packaging material per process (recycling bins or trash bins)
  • Qualifying Samples (Data Entry) includes alphanumeric, but mostly numbers
  • Identify correct customer
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Our major client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work within their facilities located in Houston, TX for a 6-month assignment (subject to extension).

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist in reviewing WellView daily reporting and data entry
  • Monitor daily data and cost
  • Assist in data clean up efforts
  • Assist Engineers and Specialist on data collection and consistency
  • Review and update historical data for accuracy and corrections
  • Assist in preparing D&C reports
  • Familiar with drilling and completions operations

Qualifications

  • High reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive work and data entry
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Preferred familiarity with Spotfire
  • Preferred familiarity with oil and gas

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major chemical clients to seek a Manufacturing Engineer Entry Level to work within their facilities in Indianola, PA for an initial 11-month contract, potential extension.

Within this position, you will be responsible for manufacturing engineering activities, project support, and small-scale project management.

The position will also support process improvement initiatives and cost savings programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Support performance of technical tasks related to manufacturing, packaging / labels, and process validations of sterile disposable products manufactured at Contract Manufacturers (CMOs).
  • Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
  • Support sustaining activities through implementation of process and product changes
  • Provide technical support for continuous improvement through cost savings programs to deliver quantifiable cost savings.
  • Effectively communicate internal requirements to CMOs and potential constraints of CMOs to internal stakeholders
  • Communicates technical product matters to a broad and diverse audience.
  • Define and coordinate product testing, and document and communicate results / rationale for material disposition.
  • Draft and / or review protocols and associated test reports

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • Ability to generate and / or execute test methods and protocols
  • Understanding basic engineering tools and technologies
  • Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools especially MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
