Community Healthcare Network is seeking for a Full-Time Custodian who will be responsible for maintaining a clean clinic environment and handling basic repairs of clinic facilities under the direction of the Center Director.

As a condition of employment, we require that all staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Therefore, all new employees need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and are required to provide documentation of receiving the Covid-19 Vaccine

JOB FUNCTION :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Handles the general maintenance of all physical aspects of the clinic facility.
  • Follows the regular housekeeping schedule which includes all clinic areas and fixtures according to the daily, weekly and monthly schedule as assigned.
  • Maintains the clinic custodial area designated for the storage of custodial equipment and supplies.
  • Maintains the clinic area designated for food preparation and storage.
  • Keeps the clinic inventory of supplies for the completion of housekeeping and infection control functions
  • Facilitates related services for health center clients as appropriate with respect to their confidentiality and privacy.
  • Assists the Center Director in maintaining safety standards in the clinic, including the disposal of infectious and hazardous wastes.
  • Under the guidance of Maintenance / Housekeeping Coordinator, assesses and handles basic repairs of facilities at other clinics.
  • Responsible for keeping the grounds of the facility clean.
  • Responsible for keeping all walkway free of snow, ice, and litter.
  • Compliance with Employee Health Services.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with facilities repair.

What We Look For :

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialized courses in personnel administration or a related field
  • Three (3) to five (5) years previous Human Resources experience
  • Sound knowledge of principles, techniques and methods of personnel practices or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Community Healthcare Network is seeking for a Full-Time Call Center Specialist will be responsible for clear communication with callers and provide assistance that produce customer satisfaction.

This role will serve as a telephone liaison between our customers and all CHN health centers to schedule appointments, verify insurance information, answer inquires and questions, troubleshoot problems and provide accurate / timely information.

As a condition of employment, we require that all staff are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Therefore, all new employees need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and are required to provide documentation of receiving the Covid-19 Vaccine.

JOB FUNCTION :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Answers all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensures that all calls are handled in an expedited and efficient manner accurately and courteously.
  • Ensures use of professional language and grammar avoiding slang and lingo.
  • Maintains an upbeat tone of voice when responding to customers throughout the entire call.
  • Schedule appointments based on availability and continuity of care, verifies insurance information, updates demographics, and informs patients of necessary documentation for health center visits.
  • Informs and provides basic information regarding CHN Health Centers, directions and all available services.
  • Assesses / troubleshoots caller needs and transfers calls to the appropriate staff within the department as needed.
  • Confirms the purpose of the call, paraphrasing and asking pertinent questions to ensure they are addressing the concern.
  • Conveys ownership of the call and offers appropriate options for resolution to reduce call backs from the customer.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Look For :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) year related healthcare experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish is Preferred.
