What You'll Do
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs
- Effectively communicates with co-workers and customers in a positive manner
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance;
calling for repairs when needed
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
- Prepares and maintains accurate records of services and repairs
What You'll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to find root cause for equipment failures
- Ability to work overtime as necessary outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification
- Capable of performing a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, reaching, bending, climbing and kneeling
- Experience with hydraulics / pneumatics, wiring, and working on heavy equipment
- Proficient in reading and understand technical documents, diagrams, and service manuals
- Valid drivers license
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

Most drivers will be driving locally and home nightly!
We ask that you have the following qualifications :
- Ability to accurately complete delivery paperwork
- Operate industry relevant technologies such as mobile smart phones and vehicle E-logs
- Coordinate with production, sales, and customers
- Ensure vehicles are properly and securely loaded
- Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Successfully pass a company road test and have a clean driving record
- Ability to work outside and lift heavy loads
- Willingness to learn, tackle new challenges, and work well with a team or independently
- Some positions may require a CDL
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
