Bartender

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Previous experience bartending in casual or fine-dining settings.
• Professional knowledge of basic cocktail menus and recipes, wine knowledge, and the ability to learn new drink preparation techniques while ensuring portion control.
• The focus is to ensure correct order taking and prompt service to multiple customers at a time while allowing guests the freedom to tailor their orders to their needs.
• Time management skills allow you to take great care of your direct customers while also supplying beverages for our servers.
• A caring, positive attitude with a genuine interest in ensuring our customers have memorable experiences.
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment.
• A self-driven, ownership attitude towards achieving your goals.
• The ability to physically perform the duties required of our Bartenders including carrying food trays, delivering drinks, carrying drinking glasses, plate ware and flatware through kitchen areas, occasionally moving tables and chairs.
• Pay rate is range based on tips earned*
