Job Title : Maintenance / Janitor Worker

Sofive Soccer Center is a soccer center operator : a modern sport complex dedicated to soccer, with multiple small-sided soccer fields.

Responsible for performing and overseeing upkeep of all facility common areas and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, grounds, soccer fields, machinery, and equipment.

The Maintenance / Janitor Worker will be tasked with conducting routine cleaning and inspections, performing basic repairs, to ensure that facility is in excellent working condition and thoroughly cleaned in all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning tasks of all common areas and conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, soccer fields, machinery, and equipment.
• Perform basic repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete maintenance tasks, such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining systems.
• Preserve grounds by performing field maintenance such as clipping gum from the turf daily, cleaning, maintenance, and other related duties.
• Respond to requests promptly, and provide solutions to problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
• Ensure that facility and grounds are kept clean and free of debris and safe for all users, employees and customers.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment and request replacements as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards promptly.
• Any other purposeful duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Title : Barista

Job Type : Part-time

We are seeking a talented and energetic Barista to work for City-Sofive in our busy soccer and recreational facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, taking orders from customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers promptly and provide excellent customer service

Take orders accurately and convey them to the kitchen staff

Prepare a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages to customer specifications

Ensure food items are prepared according to established standards of quality, consistency, and timelines.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on coffee equipment, including the espresso machine, grinder, and blender

Restock supplies as needed

Maintain clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas

Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and customer service standards

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Demands :

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Cross training and madatory cleaning are requirements of the role.
