Purpose of the Position Under the direction of the Dining Warehouse Associate Senior, this position will perform duties to include but not limited to receiving and putting away daily deliveries in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position Required :

Knowledge of basic math skills

Ability to read and write

Ability to effectively communicate verbally to both supervisors and guests

Ability to work independently as well as follow written and oral instructions

Ability to bend, lift and push items up to 50 lbs while performing assigned tasks

Ability to work in congested work areas and areas where wet processes are used

Ability to wear protective footwear

Knowledge of safety and sanitization procedures

Ability to work flexible schedule hours, with shifts starting as early as 5 am Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required Education Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required :

Previous customer service experience

Experience with safety and sanitization procedures Additional Consideration(s) Education Preferred :

Purpose of the Position Under the direction of the Student Union Dining Operations Manager, the incumbent has overall responsibilities in all facets of residential and retail dining to include : receiving, inventory control, delivery and storage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) and / or Competencies required and preferred Required :

Ability to read and write

Basic math skills

Knowledge of basic material handling

Knowledge of receiving, storage, equipment usage and maintenance

Good organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Ability to wear protective footwear

Ability to communicate with the university community

Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Ability to report to work from 5 am to 2 pm, Monday Friday and weekends as needed

Preferred :

Knowledge of food services operations to include refrigerator / freezer temperatures Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required Education Required :

Experience Required :

Previous experience working in a receiving / storage facility.

Experience working within food service in a college / university setting. Salary Information Starting at $29,848, Commensurate with Education and Experience Role Code 79132 Conditions of Employment This is a classified position.
