Cook
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
Cooks are also responsible for providing a pleasurable dining experience for customers by preparing high-quality food. This usually means managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
Cook food in various utensils or grillers Check food while cooking to stir or turn Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check the quality of ingredients Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Server
As a server, you will be responsible for attending to diners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders.
You also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on their tables periodically throughout the service time.
