  • Partner with team members and cross-functional leaders in our Operations, Facilities, Technology and Studio teams to review capital expenditures, driving ROI based decisions and planning processes
  • Lead company wide CAPEX approval process, working with business and finance leaders across all functions at Chewy
  • Work cross-functionally with Accounting to support monthly close processes (basic knowledge of GAAP)
  • Assess, design and propose process improvements and analyses influencing business partners and finance leaders to drive positive change in the business
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at a given time in a fast-paced environment, balancing execution of critical deliverables across the team
  • Enable a continuous improvement process that is sustainable across stakeholder groups

Analytics Support :

  • Engage with leadership to provide actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance and risks through improved reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Develop a deep understanding of key financial and operational metrics across the organization
  • Effectively lead FP&A transformation strategy by identifying, proposing and executing on standardization and automation of reporting capabilities and buildout of data visualization efforts
  • Ensure data integrity and drive consistent and accurate reporting of Finance data across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Analytics, Marketing, Corporate and Commercial Finance, and Accounting) to improve data quality and speed to reporting.

Ensure performance is accurately reported.

What you'll need :

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 5+ years relevant finance experience (e-commerce a plus) with a basic understanding of GAAP and strong grasp of financial statements and processes
  • Financial deliverable and process Project Management experience, Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.
  • Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions, preferably supporting a Finance organization; familiarity with an e-commerce or retail business model preferred
  • Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in both early stage and corporate environments
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Compensation & Benefits :

Our salary range for a job title position is $91,000 - $160,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Chewy’s Social Media team is looking for an Associate Director, Social Media, Health Marketing. The AD, Social Media, Health will be responsible for channel marketing of Chewy’s Health products and services including, Connect with a Vet, Rx, CarePlus and B2B strategies.

Our Opportunity :

Chewy is hiring Scrubber Driver for our Mount Juliet, TN Fulfillment Center.

What you'll do :

  • Perform Sweeper Scrubber upkeep and driving; End user service of the sweeper scrubber, fuel tank changes, sweeper tank and bin cleaning, operation of the sweeper scrubber, etc.
  • Ensure safe operation of the sweeper scrubber in and around all stationary objects and other Chewy personnel and PIT equipment.
  • Complete and maintain sweeper scrubber service and run time documentation.
  • Utilize various hand tools both powered and non-powered to fulfill service responsibilities.
  • Assist with other UT tasks as needed.
  • Communicate needs or opportunities to TM’s, Ops Leadership, Maintenance Leadership and Maintenance Technicians.

What you'll need :

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
  • Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.
  • Must be able to stand / walk / sit for up to 10-12 hours, each shift has two 30-minute breaks
  • Willing to be trained on PIT equipment (Powered Industrial Vehicles) i.e. Sweeper Scrubber, Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc.
  • Flexibility for overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do :

  • Evaluate business drivers and align with stakeholders to define secure architectures and success criteria for new products;

What You’ll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar; or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years' combined experience in software engineering or application security architecture including the ability to perform independent analysis and owning components and services from design through implementation.
  • Experience creating design patterns and technology spanning ecosystems and influencing across multiple teams.
  • Experience developing and guiding secure, scalable, enterprise-level architecture and initiatives for software built on technologies including Java, Spring Boot, JSON, AngularJS, Tomcat, HTML5, CSS3, Spring MVC, SOAP / HTTP, REST, etc.
  • Experience working with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong analytical and leadership abilities
  • Experience transforming business visions to scalable solutions for the organization.
  • Experience creating and designing architectural paradigms and guiding organization on best use and practices.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and business leaders in an org-wide capacity.

As the leader for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Core Operations this role has significant impact and exposure with the VP Operations, Sr.

Director Ops Finance, and Sr. Director Human Resources in additional to the regional leadership team across the Core network.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, successful and relevant experience with financial planning processes, financial systems and reporting, and organizational change management.

This role must balance many deliverables simultaneously and be comfortable operating in a matrixed organization. This role will report to the Sr.

What You’ll Do :

  • Partner with Site Finance Leaders, Corporate FP&A and Operations and Long Term Planning teams, drive the financial planning, forecasting, and actual results reporting calendar, cadence, and processes for Core Fulfillment.
  • Create mechanisms to inspect budgets, forecasts, and actual results to drive improved accuracy and attainment to financial plans.
  • Drive standard reporting across the Operations team to ensure that the teams are consistently communicating to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners from Operations, Human Resources, & Other support teams.
  • Extract and analyze data from central databases using Hyperion, SQL and Tableau

What You’ll Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years relevant finance experience with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
  • Direct experience developing and leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (Excel / PowerPoint / Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a methodical, data-driven approach
