Event Service Coordinator
Summary CHENEGA MISSION OPERATIONS LLC Atlanta GA The Event Service Coordinator will provide daily set up of tables, chairs and other equipment per room diagrams;
Cleaning of chairs, walls, baseboards and tables in the meeting rooms, in accordance with CDC safety and sanitation policies.
Provide exemplary customer service to the CDC employees and guests. Ensure each employee / guest leaves with a positive impression of the facility.
Responsibilities Print daily sheets from CRSS for current and next day. Prepare daily signage for meeting rooms Prepare and Refresh water stations for all meetings throughout the day.
Review any special instructions from Conference Planning Managers, and complete as required. Set meeting rooms and lobby area as indicated in CRSS (or specific diagrams) Greet clients, and offer any assistance needed.
Maintain clean, organized storage and work areas. Including but not limited to designated storage areas, office / cubicle space, service hallways and carts.
Refresh all day meetings between breaks and lunch. Reset rooms between meetings as indicated on daily sheets. Assist Managers with various projects (assembling stage, etc.
Maintain all equipment needed to perform job duties. Maintain all meeting room furniture. Empty trash from meeting rooms and determine what is recyclable.
Refresh all meeting rooms and restock all caddies and room supplies at the end of the day. Report maintenance problems or other problem areas to Supervisor as they occur.
Follow Chenega and CDC policies and procedures on safety and sanitation. Follow all CDC emergency procedures. Complete all training required by Management.

Security Officer
Summary The Security Officer is primarily responsible to perform protective service work such as guarding buildings and property, protecting equipment and material, and controlling access to installations by employees and visitors.

Medical histories; physical examinations; reviews of required medical tests and documents pertaining to consultations and medical histories;
assessing applicant medical documentation and rendering their medical opinion on an applicant’s medical for programs applying for.
The Physician shall not have the authority to supervise or give administrative direction to processing facility personnel.
The Physician will only conduct physical examinations and not give any advice to applicants regarding programs or scholarships available to them.
Other duties as assigned.Must be a Physician MD / DO, with a current unrestricted license from any one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.
S. Virgin Islands is acceptable and be privileged by the USMEPCOM Command Surgeon. This license will be current (not revoked, suspended, or lapsed in registration), valid, and unencumbered (not subject to restriction pertaining to the scope, location, or type of practice ordinarily granted to other applicants for similar licenses in granting jurisdiction).
Must have completed a residency or have provided direct patient acre within the last three years. A minimum of one (1) year post-graduate training must be Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited.
Possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association. BLS must include Hands-On skills session.
Your medical school must be Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) accredited.
You must have completed a Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency and / or have had direct patient care within the past three (3) years.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : The FBP shall possess computer skills necessary to access and update electronic applicant medical documentation, access and respond to e-mail communications, and use internet sites as required to obtain information on medical issues or gain information from organizations involved in accessing personnel into the Armed Forces.
