Core Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

Hours and Work Environment : We are open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm and closed every Sunday. We ask that all candidates be available to work during our business hours.

Entry Level Technician
We are looking for an Entry Level Technician to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are precise, thorough, and natural doers.
A provable track record of performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work is ideal. Certification from a mechanical school, or currently attending school, is a HUGE plus! Successful candidates can work at a faster-than-average pace and have an eye for managing detail-work.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspections
- Install new oil drain plugs and new oil filters
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience :
- You are ASE certified or possess a certification from a mechanical school
- You have experience performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repair work

Sales Representative

In this role, you are the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You assist the customer with questions about prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase.
Learning about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market is necessary. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success;
offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and texting in a professional manner
- Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Handle incoming phone leads
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
- Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Deliver inquiries / messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience :
- 2+ years sales experience required
- 2+ years internet sales preferred
- Automotive industry experience a PLUS
- Pre-owned vehicle experience a PLUS
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Team player attitude
- Must have strong typing skills
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
- Proficiency with CRM and Outlook a plus
