Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums hallways, restrooms, lunch areas and other areas.
• Keeps model homes clean
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Run errands as needed.
• Light Maintenance
• Moving furniture
• Repairs
• Electrical Work
• Moving Furniture

Qualifications

• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
• Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally
• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism
• Must be able to manage time efficiently

Requirements & Benefits

• $15 / hour
• Monday- Friday
• 7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm
• BCBS, Dental, Vision, 401K, 50% match
• Must have reliable transportation
• Owning your tools is a +
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
