Well established and respected postproduction facility located in the heart of Hollywood and the Media district is seeking a detail-oriented team player to support their operations.

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and validating Purchase Orders ( PO ) and entering details into the company’s media order management system.

Ensuring data is entered timely and accurately so that invoices can be processed are critical for the role. The role will be remote with occasional in-office work if necessary.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $22 to $23 per hour.

Job Description :

  • Receive and review PO’s submitted by clients
  • Transfer PO information into online media order management system
  • Ensure media orders are completed fully and accurately
  • Submit media orders for invoicing to finance department
  • Escalate questions / issues to manager as appropriate
  • Assist supervisor with other tasks as necessary

Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience :

  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
  • 1+ year(s) of Data Entry experience
