Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Amazon :

  • Develop and implement strategic merchandise planning and forecasting for assigned categories on Amazon's retail platform
  • Proficient in using Vendor Central Portal and analyzing Amazon's Inventory Forecasting Reports
  • Provide annual replenishment forecasts for all brands on Amazon across multiple product categories, updating them monthly
  • Analyze sales data to create demand-based inventory forecasts, issue replenishment orders, and track product performance
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory management
  • Generate weekly Invoice reports to monitor sales goals and compare them to previous year numbers

  • Develop season-based forecasts for each account, gender, brand, product, and style
  • Manage replenishment process to improve retail performance, reduce chargebacks, and align inventory with sales plan
  • Coordinate with production to expedite or adjust inbound flow as necessary
  • Maintain and update Master Replenishment Forecast file and monthly budget updates for all accounts.

Logistic manager

Overview

This position will lead shipment visibility globally across all modes for Centric Brands. They will lead carrier relations supporting Booking Agent, Consolidations, while overseeing rate and performance levels for our carrier base across all modes.

Will ensure proper build out of Standard Operating Procedures ensuring best in class support across all modes / facets of our logistics department.

Will lead transit time performance measurements, improvements, information in systems / platforms to ensure complete, timely and accurate with exceptional levels of performance.

Will act as lead support on key initiatives and project management across logistics (new platforms, provider implementations etc.

An ideal candidate will be innovative, highly influential, will get things done, and able to steer through ambiguity while providing balanced decision-making by assessing tradeoffs.

Strategic Responsibilities :

  • Propose / create / develop / execute transportation allocation and capacity strategies and develop contingency plans to cost-effectively support varying levels of company sales and changes to supply / demand patterns as well as market volatility
  • Supports negotiation of rates and contracts and relationship management with ocean, air, parcel and other carrier relationships
  • Leads visibility, booking agents, and consolidation providers, in their SOP / SOW development, KPI management, performance seeking to improve current state operations and cost management
  • Oversees lead times performance, tracking and updating of systems to ensure most reliable carriers are used / assigned lanes as well as proper lead times established / managed within our systems / tools
  • Oversees the origin consolidation providers costs, performance supporting RFQ’s and competitive pricing, service along with strong KPI and SOP adherence / performance levels
  • Identify, develop, implement, and enhance shipping visibility tools / reports / dashboards (Infor Nexus) to proactively manage and improve the logistics network
  • Manages origin booking agents, their KPI’s are being met as well as standards of completeness, accurate and timely data are maintained
  • Maintain current pricing levels of NVO / Air markets to understand available options for further cost reduction to use and or leverage with existing relationships
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through
  • Develop, manage, utilize, and employ key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics and reporting to help drive execution, accountability and process uniformity and compliance across all divisions, regions, with all transportation providers and vendors
  • Partner with Finance to manage and report on all cost associated with logistics and develop strategies to mitigate financial impact as needed
  • Acts as departments lead Project Manager on key initiatives as requested
  • Supports the development, tracking, improvement, and performance of logistics budget
  • Research and implement new tools to aid in resolving complex and routine process issues while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Day to Day Operational Responsibilities :

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through
  • Proactively lead / capture / manage our capacity performance and needs to ensure our freight moves at best available cost / service options.
  • Will partner with our logistic teams to ensure carriers are addressing issues timely as well as performing at required levels (booking release, timely movement, complete visibility).
  • Owns the transit time performance, models, and updates to ensure we have the most accurate data and best performance available
  • Own the carrier relationships domestically within US to ensure KPI’s, volume, transit and service level components are each being managed to highest of standards
  • Ensures carrier’s milestones are provided timely and accurate
  • Lead weekly Carrier calls reviewing items including performance, open items, delayed shipments, pending bookings, mqc performance and future forecasts.
  • Ensures timely movement in / through our CFS / CY locations across the globe, at the threshold of container utilizations with the correct carriers and strings being utilized
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with all internal / external production, supply chain and vendor groups (transportation, custom brokers, customers and suppliers)
  • Facilitates, creates and oversees reports to supply visibility to Production, Sales and Executive Management within the logistics functions
  • Document, update, and follow Standard Operating Procedures established to achieve high levels of quality services
  • Run and update reports as needed within various applications
  • Participate on off hour origin, forwarder and vendor calls when needed
  • Other items as needed by leadership including but not limited to various ad hoc analysis

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and minimum experience of 6-8 years
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization competencies preferred
  • Strong background leading international service providers operationally and cost negotiations, with high levels of experience building up processes (SOP’s and Statements of work), holding service providers accountable to business needs and KPI’s.
  • Project management experience with lean or six sigma experience highly valued, including process mapping and process re-design
  • High level expertise / experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word), data visualization tools / dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, etc.)
  • High analytical ability and drive (analysis and visualization) to gather and interpret data at a granular level to further develop, recommend and implement solutions
  • Able to hit the ground running a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects to delegate tasks appropriately
  • Strong experience monitoring and auditing performance, managing execution against commitments, aggressively implementing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Strong experience communicating at many different levels of an organization, clear, concise messaging / presentation experience is a must have.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems helpful

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Assistant Production Artist supports the Design Operations team in the creation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) packages and pre-production design work under the guidance of the Senior Final Artist.

The Assistant Production Artist reports directly to the Product Development Manager.

  • Attend style review meetings with Design teams to understand vision / concepts prior to initiating the tech pack process
  • Provide support to the Designer during style review meetings by taking accurate notes on embellishment / art details for all product categories
  • Work with supervisor to achieve designer’s expectations for each artwork
  • Work closely with supervisor to ensure production artwork meets all criteria before sharing with vendors
  • Consistently reference BOM for all TP color / fabric / art numbers
  • Assist in setting up color separations, color call outs, sizing and art placements
  • Assist in converting allover fabric print motif designs into repeat patterns for rotary and flatbed printing based on cylinder sizes and fabric widths
  • Understanding of fabrication limitations and printing restrictions
  • Provide technical callouts on art embellishments including embroideries, direct screen prints, appliques and fabric prints
