Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Required Skill Sets : Ability to work in an industrial environment and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Unassisted. The majority of this work will be performed in a sitting position.

May occasionally perform duties in a standing position. May require minimal bending, lifting, squatting, kneeling, and climbing ladders and step stools.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required Must have basic computer knowledge. Must be able to read and understand written process procedures in English, as well as, electromechanical blueprints and electronic schematics .

Record production and operational data on specified forms. Minimum 2 years of Production Hand Soldering experience .

Desired Skill Sets : J-STD-001D soldering certification Years of Experience Required (if any) : Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.

Assembly Technician

JOB SUMMARY : Assemble, install, modify and test either mechanical or hydraulic pneumatic components.

Roles and Responsibilities :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and schematics.
  • Operate machines or use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place.
  • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies.
  • Assemble and attach functional and cosmetic hardware to assemblies using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform functional / continuity tests on completed assemblies.
  • May prioritize work based on production schedule.
  • Perform the assembly, start up, and function test of equipment systems.
  • Troubleshoot systems, make necessary repairs and any corrections to system.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Temporary to permanent planner position for multi-level BOM scheduling. The Planner will be responsible for supporting Wireline Flowline production groups contained at Breen.

Roles and Responsibilities :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create work orders
  • Manage open orders and notify customers of any delivery schedule changes.
  • Manage work-in-progress WIP
  • Manage material shortages
  • Provide feedback to interested parties
  • Assist in monthly financial forecast and contribute to meeting all department delivery dates.
  • Generate reports as needed.

Engineer 3, Manufacturing (Sr. Manufacturing Engineer)

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Senior Engineer, Manufacturing is responsible for the activities associated with planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing composite aerospace products and assemblies.

This includes ensuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products that meet customer requirements at minimum costs.

The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer position develops, implements and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of parts which will include the estimation of manufacturing costs, time standards and the ability to recommend tooling and process requirements for new and existing products.

The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will act as a liaison with internal and external customers in releasing new processes. The Sr.

Manufacturing Engineer works with the production lead in the selection, development, and evaluation of production personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Additionally, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will provide high level technical expertise to integrated product team members for technical calculations, design and analysis functions, technical report writing, presentations and other engineering functions as required.

Job Core Responsibilities

Technical design and Engineering responsibility for identified or assigned program tasks

Conceptual composite molding and fabrication process flow and associated generation of CAD parts, assemblies, and drawings as required to support production tooling for molding, assembly, and inspection.

Design, implement, and review of production tooling and fixtures

Create production planning in Made 2 Manage ERP system, Item Masters, Bill of Materials, Routers, etc.

Daily interaction with Focus factory manager and Production lead to establish clear lines of communication and define technical tasks and status updates.

Interfacing with Engineering Director when high risk items are needing additional consultation to reduce manufacturing risk;

however, this should be limited as the Sr. ME role shall have the experience and expertise to solve problems on their own.

Provides technical guidance to lower level Manufacturing Engineers for creation of work instructions, travelers, designs, and material selections, and inspection methods in support of the production processes

Research and selection of equipment, vendors and consultants that might be required for task resolution

Identify, maintain, and control of production processes through SPC and data analysis of KPI s

Provide root cause and corrective action for out of control processes in support of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements

Job Specifications

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Education : B.S. In Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Years Experience : 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 7 years' experience with layup, molding, machining, and inspection of composite materials.

Required Skills :

Experience with processing techniques such as compression molding, RTM, autoclave and out of autoclave

Experience with AS9100 quality management system

Excellent working knowledge of GD&T via ASME Y14.5-2018

Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to establish objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives

U.S. Citizenship or current Green Card status

Experience with marketing support (meetings, presentations, customer interface) and proposals (excellent technical writing skills, cost estimating) experience is required

Manage a team and be an integral team member, yet also be able to function independently

Be able to make technical, data-driven decisions and execute with limited management support

Use logic to analyze or identify underlying principles, reasons or facts from data to draw conclusions

Understand, follow and adhere to corporate Quality Management System on a daily basis.

Experience with machine shop practices and CNC programming

Mechanically able to assemble and disassemble parts and assemblies

Experience with composite material testing per ASTM standards

Experience with contact and noncontact inspection methods using CMM s

Experience with data acquisition systems to record temperature, position, and pressure

Ability to manage multiple duties, set priorities and follow tasks through completion

Capable of working in an environment in which demands and priorities change based on customer requests

Preferred Skills :

7+ years of experience with an aerospace composite molding manufacture in an Engineering role

Experience with continuous fiber and high temperature thermoset resin systems

Experience with NADCAP quality management system requirements for composite molding and bonding

Computer CAD software skills : SolidWorks 2021, NX, Surfcam, and CATIA

Experience with Minitab, Made to Manage (or other ERP systems), and ply nesting software (Cutworks, Patternsmith, etc.)
