We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Associate to join our client's impressive team. In this role you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of journals.

This includes analysis of results in relation to the annual budget and the goals of their Publications Division. You will be responsible for project work across the wider Journals Marketing team, and will work within a team environment to collectively achieve the goal of expanding the overall market influence of our client's Journals and Products.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day activities involved in implementing integrated marketing campaigns - to include content marketing, social media, email, SEO, events, direct mail, and media buys - for a portfolio of 9 journals.
  • Determine relevant strategies and marketing tactics needed to support goals and objectives.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to inform future decisions, with the ultimate goal of growing audience usage, submissions and citations, year over year.
  • Work with colleagues and represents the marketing team on cross-departmental projects including : webinars; broad subject campaigns;

events & exhibits related to journals within their portfolio; DEIR Cover Art Working Group.

Liaise with and develop relationships with editorial colleagues - Managing Editors and Editors in Chief -communicating goals, initiatives, and results of marketing campaigns and building trust as the marketing expert for the journals.

Qualifications :

  • Experience level : Experienced
  • University degree (relevant field) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience. Experience in STM marketing as well as international marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Evidence-based marketing; understanding of STM journals marketing; marketing analysis; strategic marketing planning; email marketing.

Our beauty industry client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be the main support person for their team's two digital managers.

In this role you will provide expert knowledge of social platforms (META, TikTok, Pinterest) and a keen eye for trends as well as a passion reporting and strategy.

You will utilize opportunities to analyze the current state of the brand social and proactively present content plans and ideas and strategy to the larger digital team.

The ideal candidate is a strong digital innovator with a desire to build their social portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Spriklr account management.
  • Copy editing.
  • UCG sourcing.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice.
  • Creation of Instagram stories and graphics using brand templates.
  • Plan and promote Instagram lives.
  • Create recap reports on social campaigns.

  • Provide social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback and trends.
  • Staying up to date on new social media platforms, tools and best practices.
  • Live in the social ecosystem, stay on top of emerging trends in the landscape.
  • Follow Brand provided social FAQ documents for launches and key social moments.
  • Compose custom responses that clearly address the issue in a way that is understandable by the consumer

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years' social media engagement experience.
  • Customer obsessed mindset.
  • Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Must have a sense of urgency with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, and responsiveness; willingness to work outside standard hours which includes weekends.

Our top retail client is looking for an Art Director, specializing in food, to join their team!

In this role you will support the Creative Team in concept through execution for marketing / brand campaigns that will translate across multiple channels including site, email, paid social, and display ads.

You will work within creative (copy / design / strategy / ops), cross-functionally with marketing to maintain brand standards.

The ideal candidate must be a problem solver, conceptual thinker and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

They should be organized, detail-oriented and exhibit outstanding design judgment in response to a marketing brief.

Responsibilities :

  • Concept for food photography and paid placements alongside creative strategy.

Qualifications :

  • BA in Graphic Design or other relevant education.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience in advertising, e-commerce, and production.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
  • Retouching (clipping, extending backgrounds, compositing etc.) and layout (type, color theory, hierarchy, balance) capabilities.
  • Understanding of responsive / adaptive design.
  • Understanding of photography production process.
  • Ability to take creative direction and work well in a collaborative team environment.
