Job Summary :
The Executive Director, Creative Services is responsible providing strategic oversight and tactical precision to the development of compelling storytelling across a diversity of platforms, audiences, and objectives, and deploying communications collateral to motivate audiences to action.
Leads the in-house creative team and is responsible for managing creative output, from concept to production, overseeing the graphic design, project management, writing, visual and video and photo work created.
Responsible for presenting design concepts and creative content to internal clients and then subsequently managing a team of creative professionals to meet project goals.
Creates, directs and implements strategic planning in alignment with Cedars-Sinai's strategy as well as each area's strategic priorities, to ensure deliverables meet customer needs.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field minimum
Master's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field preferred
Licenses : N / A
Experience :
Minimum 12 years direct experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, writing, project management, video production or related field required.
5 years progressive experience in a complex organization, academic medicine or university setting preferred.
5 years experience in leading and participating in collaborative teams preferred.

Medical Assistant
Responsibilities also include preparing the patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, temperature, and reporting patient history summary.
This position will also be trained and will be responsible for appointment scheduling, performing routine duties associated with the collection and maintenance of current patient demographics and insurance information.
- Greets patients, take appropriate vital signs, review current medications and record in medical record
- Assists with tracking and monitoring department specific data
- Explains policies, procedures, or services to patients using clinical or administrative knowledge, based on scope of practice
- Sets up exam room / procedure rooms appropriately based on patient visit needs
- Manages patient care flow and assist with monitoring CS-Link message pools and standard work
- Cleans / re-processes equipment and supplies based on standard work and department guidelines
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Graduation from accredited Medical Assisting from an accredited educational program and / or Medical Assistant Certification from Board approved Medical Assistant Organization
Experience
2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinical / medical office setting preferred
Licenses / Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- Medical Assistant certification and / or diploma required
