National Carpet / Carpet One Floor & Home is looking for a Retail Design Sales Associate to join our showroom teams in Fort Lowell .
As part of our team, we will provide the training and the tools to be as successful as possible. We are a family-friendly showroom, with a positive and nurturing work environment that allows you to flourish.

National Carpet was established in 1981 . In 1985, National Carpet then became a part of the Carpet One Floor & Home cooperative.
We have 4 showrooms located in Green Valley , Oro Valley and 2 in Tucson . Due to our family friendly oriented team, some of our team members have been with us since before 1994.
In our showrooms, we focus on helping customers find the perfect flooring and window treatments. As we offer a wide variety of options to choose from, this enables National Carpet to remain successful all these years.
We will always strive to do our best from our high-quality product lineup to our superior installations.
EXPECTATIONS
- Training in the Oro Valley Showroom
- Must work Saturdays
- Showroom Hours : 9 5pm
- Welcome customers to the showroom
- In-home & In-showroom consultations
- Assist with flooring & window designs
- Handle sales from A - Z
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for design a must
- Retail experience a plus
- Flooring experience a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism, dependability, accountability, and punctuality
- Good time management

We are looking for a retail Sales Associate who has a passion for design and enjoys providing great customer service for our Naples showroom .
Our sales teams are self-motivated and detail oriented, guaranteeing financial security with unlimited compensation . We will train you to become a certified flooring expert for success, while your assertiveness and creativity builds your client base.
You should be willing to divide your work time between the showroom floor, visiting customers’ homes, prospecting for new clients, and networking within the community.

Qualifications
