Refugee Resettlement assists in helping create a home-away-from-home, we assist government-approved refugees in becoming self-sufficient through cultural orientation, job development, family reunification and resettlement.
Join the Refugee Resettlement team as a Case Manager. The Case Manager I is responsible for working with clients participating in the refugee resettlement programs (including programs such as Preferred Communities and Social Adjustment Services).
Also responsible for intake, assessment, and providing quality case management services for all assigned cases. The successful candidate will display dignity and respect toward both potential clients and clients already enrolled in the program, show initiative while balancing multiple responsibilities, and be able to work independently while following up on assigned cases.
