What You'll Be Doing
Remote Senior Inpatient Coder Specialist is the coding and reimbursement expert for ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding and ICD-10-PCS procedure coding for complex inpatient acute care discharges.
This person possesses a strong foundation in coding conventions, instructions, Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, and Coding Clinics.
- Utilizes technical coding expertise to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes to complex inpatient visit types.
- Thoroughly reviews the provider notes within the health record and clinical documentation.
- Review Discharge Planning and nursing documentation to validate and correct when necessary.
- Collaborate with CDI on discharges regarding the final MS or APR DRG and comorbidity diagnoses.
- Educates CDI on regulatory guidelines, Coding Clinics, and conventions to report appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnoses.
- Interprets health record documentation using knowledge of anatomy, physiology, clinical disease process, pharmacology, and medical terminology to determine the Principal Diagnosis, secondary diagnoses, and procedures.
- Meets established coding productivity and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of inpatient coding experience.
- RHIA, RHIT or CCS credential required
- Ability to work from home with hard-wired internet and designated office space

Electrician
What You'll Be Doing
The Electrician will perform complex electrical activities including troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance and installation of electrical systems, equipment and components within locations in the healthcare system.
The successful candidate will be able to :
- Inspect and operate equipment such as air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, etc. for proper functioning
- Ensure operation of machinery, electrical, and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production equipment, motors, conveyor systems, support equipment by following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions
- Locate sources of problems by observing electrical & mechanical devices in operation. Including listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Remove defective motors and other parts by dismantling assemblies using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools
- Use experience to identify the root cause that caused the defect and or breakdown / s
- Control downtime by informing staff of routine preventive maintenance techniques, including monitoring compliance
- Perform snow removal detail
- Collaboratively work with others, as well as perform work independently with little direction
- Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and to request referrals
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years in trade, hospital environment preferred
- Active and valid NJ driver's license
- The following NJ Licenses are highly desirable
- NJ Electrical contractor license
- NJ Plumbing license

What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for all aspects of patient tray assembly and delivery to and from patients / residents floors and to the bedside.
Completes dish room assignments. Maintains work areas in a clean and sanitized condition. Cleans work area after use. Prepares food items such as, nourishment and snacks, sandwiches, pureed items salad plates, appetizers and desserts.

What You'll Be Doing
The Financial Analyst :
- Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets.

Front Desk Coordinator
What You'll Be Doing
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsoble for clerical duties such as : for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and greeting / assisting visitors in the same manner.
The successful candidate will be able to :
- Management of phones to include answering, appointment scheduling, proper routing of calls and screening of patient requests.
- Reviews schedule in advance to avoid conflicts.

- Daily Tasks include, but are not limited to : confirming appointments, verify insurance, verify I.D. of each patient, pre-authorizations, no auto RX refills without Doctor’s permission, problem log, return phone calls, patient paperwork to be completed within 72 hours, patients are seen in order of scheduled appointment.
- Other duties as assigned.
