Receptionist Responsibilities include :
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Greets and directs visitors to the community
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Resolving customer questions and concerns

Description
Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Residents.
Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident's home, public areas and support areas as assigned. Provides laundry services as needed and / or directed.
Performs janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned. Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner.
Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents apartments and common
areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
Work Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday
Hours : 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
If work day falls on a holiday, employee will be scheduled to work paid 1 ½ their rate once eligible.

Dining Services Cook Responsibilities include :
- Responsible for providing healthy food for residents.
- Maintains standards for dining services to the Residents to include efficient meal service delivery, customer service and cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
- Reports problems, concerns and issues observed with food service and communicates them appropriately.
- Observes changes in Resident status, needs or preferences and communicates them appropriately.
- Observes all work, safety, and administrative rules to include local and state requirements.
Qualifications :
