Field Merchandiser

Job Description :

The Field Merchandiser will be responsible for interacting with Cambria’s Business Partners to provide a positive experience by supplying Cambria samples to their locations and setting up sample displays.

This role will interact daily with DC Operations staff, Sales Representatives and Customer Care to fulfill requests efficiently and accurately.

Cambria is seeking a candidate that can build relationships easily, effectively communicate to all levels in the organization and has excellent customer service skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Schedule and deliver display units, samples, and other marketing assets to business partners

Complete all paperwork associated with deliveries of samples and assets

Maintain business partners’ display units to a high standard that exemplifies cleanliness with accuracy of merchandise and is aesthetically presentable

Accurately enter data into Salesforce to ensure records are up to date and accurate

Interact and build strong relationships with internal and external partners providing updates for progress, issues or successes

Collaborate and effectively work cross functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Partner Services and Samples Fulfillment teams as well as external customers

Load and unload company merchandise safely and efficiently

Set up and tear down assets at local home and trade shows, in collaboration with the Marketing team

Perform inventory management in partnership with Distribution Center Manager on a monthly basis

Complete housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements :

Ability to learn Cambria’s business and effectively communicate the strengths to customers

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships quickly

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and practiced accuracy

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously

Resilient integrity, strong work ethic

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large groups

Must be flexible to work overtime, some nights and weekends will be required as needed

Minimum Requirements :

Education : High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, inventory management or sales preferred

Systems : Knowledgeable with Google Suites and / or Microsoft Suites products. Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a plus.

Travel Requirements : Travel to customer retail locations using a company-supplied van is required 90% of the time. Will also need to travel to regional trade shows, associations and other Cambria locations as needed.

Occasionally overnight travel will be required. Must hold a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements : Must frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.

The US base hourly range for this position is $20-$30 / hr. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Description :

As an organizational and process guru, the Administrative Assistant will set the pace for efficiency at the Distribution Center.

Providing high level administrative support to the Distribution Center Manager, this role will be essential to day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Assist manager in daily scheduling of deliveries and shipments

Assist manager in monitoring, evaluating and replacing inventory

Interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, email, and face-to face

Process invoices and review various accounting files and records

Prepare special and standard reports

Perform general clerical work such as data entry and maintenance, filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.

Word processing and extensive use of Excel spreadsheets

Maintain personnel and customer files

Cross-train with other roles and / or departments

Maintain billing information by tracking and processing customer payments

Additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications :

Education : Minimum High School diploma or GED

Experience : Two (2) years related business experience with two (1) years as an administrator

Systems : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager’s review and / or action

Experience with scheduling

Love to travel but need better work / life balance? We’re offering a unique driver position including a sign-on bonus and Monday-Friday schedule.

Key to delivering product, Cambria Truck Drivers follow a specified route to fabricators on-time and accurately in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsible for driving, loading and unloading trailers, following Standard Operating Procedures when needed (could account for up to 40% of total work), and meeting unit quality and productivity.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience : 2 years of commercial driving experience with a straight truck

Systems :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Complete daily bills of lading

Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations

Subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) random substance abuse testing

Maintain truck operating efficiency

Maintain safe operation and clean appearance of truck

Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records

Unload product of varying size and weight

Retain knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Reporting any maintenance malfunctions immediately after discovery of situation

Correctly obtain paperwork and signatures upon delivery and returning paperwork to administrator’s office

Checking product when unloading

Follow all of Cambria’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Load and unload inbound / outbound trailers

Qualifications & Skills :

Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required

Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements

Pass pre-employment substance abuse test as a safety sensitive employee

Ability to operate a straight truck with a high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to prevent damage to material and equipment.

Ability to use power equipment safely and following proper instructions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to read, write and speak English

Ability to understand basic math concepts

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Tact and diplomacy required in dealing with customers at delivery locations to enhance our organizations reputation by ensuring courteous customer service

Familiarity with region and routes
