Job Description :

Basic Qualifications :

• Ability to complete tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Experience with enterprise information management, such as data modeling, data governance, reference data management, master data management, meta data management, data integration, etc .
• Critical thinking, problem solving, comfortable in making judgement call and able to clearly articulate the tradeoffs in proposed architecture design and solution.
• Proficient with Databases and writing SQL queries against SQL server 2012, Oracle 11i, Postgres, MySQL.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle, design / design patterns, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with software engineering teams and understand complex development systems, environments, and patterns.
• Experience with Word, Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, SOAP UI, JMeter, Postman is desired.
• Proficient in integration development using REST / SOAP APIs, and asynchronous integrations leveraging Messaging patterns with Apache Kafka / Active MQ / IBM MQ.
• Must have good understanding of XML / JSON / CSV data structures.
• Experience with Agile software development processes and the development life cycle
• Experience with SOA and Micro services Architecture is preferrable.
• Knowledge of ELK stack is desired.
• Understanding of Cloud patterns is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties.
• Identify and document business rules, dependencies, assumptions, risks, supportability, performance, and training needs.
• Create Integration technical design documents which includes process flow / sequence diagrams, entity transformation mapping definitions (JSON, XML, CSV) and documentation for the engineering teams to be able to build.
• Facilitate application onboarding process, understand the technical challenges, and propose an optimal solution.
• Collaborate with Solution architects and engineering team to implement the solution following design principles.
• Integrate multiple applications with middleware and derive mappings from source and target applications, using multiple technologies.
• Provide end user support for integration projects and translate needs into developing test plans.

This includes a coordinated effort with stakeholders by participating / facilitating User Acceptance Testing for application signoff.

• Create test plans, including definition of testing requirements; testing criteria, test data, scripts, user acceptance conditions and end-to end test requirements.
• Facilitate load and performance tests for applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for integration customers, and answer queries for integrating applications, end users, developers, and architects.
• Performs the investigation and resolution of complex and critical data integration issues in the production environment.
• Work with Product Managers and Scrum Master to estimate, design, and build efficient, long term business applications utilizing standards.
• Break down tasks, estimate effort, identify, and raise blockers, issues, and risks.
• Generate tables and / or charts in excel to present meaningful data.
• Adhere to security, compliance and best-practices guidelines

Job Description

Position could be fully remote if the right candidate was found. Max bill rate $45.00. Project will be between 3 and 6 months.

Temporary Project Manager / Coordinator

Pat time only, up to 10 hours a week. Hours can be flexible, but they need to remain at a consistent time. For example, Mon - Fri, 1 PM - 3 PM.

High Level Responsibilities :

Workfront System Project Management

Set up new templated projects, timelines, status updates

Update project schedules / timelines to balance team schedule

Other Workfront administrative duties as assigned

Workfront is our project management tool and we are seeking a candidate with previous Workfront experience so they are able to quickly onboard and support our team.

• Proficient coding skills (SQL / Python / R) and database knowledge

• Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities & milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in building market mix and multi-touch attribution models

• Experience with advertising technology platforms Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.
• Advanced programming skills with experience of creating Python modules
• Experience with A / B and Multivariate test design and implementation
