Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating
leads, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients and neighboring
offices. This role offers a commission structure, allowing you to earn

Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation :
- Identify and pursue new business
- opportunities to generate leads for catering services.
- Develop and implement effective
- sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to
- identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Actively prospect and network
- with neighboring offices, businesses, and community organizations to
- promote Cafe Landwer's catering services.
- Utilize various channels such as
- cold calling, email marketing, social media, and in-person visits to
- generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Relationship Building :
- Build and maintain strong
- relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer
- loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations,
- and tastings to showcase Cafe Landwer's catering offerings.
- Collaborate with clients to
- understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget
- constraints, customizing catering packages accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer
- service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and
- ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Administration :
- Prepare and present sales
- reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the operations
- team to ensure seamless execution of catering services, including menu
- planning, logistics, and delivery.
- Commission-based Sales :
- Utilize your sales skills and
- expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets, thereby maximizing your
- earning potential through a commission structure.
- Monitor and track your sales
- performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies
- to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends,
- competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalize on sales
- opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales,
- preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing
- skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and
- communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and
- maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and

In 1919 on a picturesque street in the center of Berlin, Moshe Landwer opens a small and romantic coffee house, which quickly turns in to one of the city’s favorite hangout spots.
In 1933 With the rise to power of the Nazi regime, Moshe Landwer, along with his family, makes aliya and settles in Tel Aviv.
On Allenby Street, facing the sea, he opened the country’s first coffee brewing house.
In 1964, due to the rising demand for quality coffee, the Landwer factory moved to its permanent location, in the industrial area of Holon.
In 2004, the 3 founder of Café Landwer approached the Landwer coffee brand with an idea to revive the brand with rich heritage & legacy.
The first café opened in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv making it’s mark in the community. Fifteen years later Café Landwer is a local restaurant chain & franchise with 80 locations across Israel.
These locations are designed to create a warm and elegant atmosphere, to welcome & host guests.

Main Responsibilities of a Barista :
- Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment.
- Making Coffee, Tea, Milkshake, and all general drinks.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.
- Take to-go orders.
Barista Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced barista who can brew a great cup of joe and help us provide exceptional customer experiences to our guests.
A type of employee that we have in mind is committed to the job and shows initiative in enhancing the reputation of our coffee shop.
This person should be an excellent salesman and a great team player with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
A qualified candidate must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques and coffee brewing and grinding equipment, but must also be able to cater to our guests' needs, upsell when appropriate, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities of a Barista :
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
- Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment.
- Making Coffee, Tea, Milkshake, and all general drinks.
- Handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies.
- Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.
- Take to-go orders.
Barista Job Requirements :
- Must have prior experience as a barista.
- Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques.
- Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
- Must showcase great sales and presentational skills.
- Must carry at least a high school diploma.
