We are recruiting several Coffee Professionals positions for Queen Anne team and SLU team.
You are a proud coffee professional who enjoys sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee with our customers while learning and cupping new coffee roasts from our own roastery in Queen Anne.
You are a team-player who likes to get things done and sees opportunities for personal growth in a fast-growing company.
Requirements from the successful applicants :
- Minimum 2+ years barista experience from a high-frequency retail location
- Minimum 1+ year food / drinks service experience
- Serving / bartending / cocktail experience is a plus
- Coffee certification / competition participation is a plus
- Customer service mindset with great communication skills to talk and present drinks and food items
- Great work-ethics with a desire to grow, advance, and learn
- Weekend Availability is a mustCompensation : $22-25 hour including tips, individual assessment upon experience as well
