The role we are offering you :

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence, the experienced Business Development / Business Consulting Manager is responsible for a portfolio of services that complement the product and / or enhance the customer’s value realization.

A deep knowledge of the domain (for e.g. Crew, Flight, Ops, Inflight or Airports) is preferred. Collaborating with Services Line Leaders, the Business Development Manager understands the customer’s business needs and is able to propose end-to-end solution.

You will work closely with Service Line Leaders to establish Service Strategy and Roadmaps along with conceptualizing, designing and delivering service offerings for their portfolio. Are you ready to :

Establish Services Strategy & Roadmaps for his / her Services portfolio

Demand Generation accelerate services sales by creating Demand Generation Plans with help of Service Line Leaders along with supporting sales execution

Revenue planning for his / her portfolio of services, as well as tracking revenue actuals and forecasting revenue in year

Sales Pipeline planning and monitoring for his / her portfolio of services including maintaining , qualifying and reporting on services opportunities and deals

Service Design jointly work with Service Line leaders to propose service solutions to address business problems of the airline community (as it pertains to his / her portfolio of Services) identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities.

Establish & measure KPIs, lead POCs where necessary.

Closely collaborate with Service Line Leaders and subject matter experts in designing, developing, standardizing and delivering services

Closely collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Marketing to create collaterals, Level 1 Decks and artifacts necessary for services sales and delivery

Support Service Line Leaders in maintaining service delivery playbooks to ensure repeatable delivery of Services with quality

Lead meetings and / or cross-functional working groups to achieve critical milestones for service design

Act as the voice and advocate of services within Delivery, Product Management, Sales & Account Teams.

Support Sales Eng & Service Line Leaders to prepare responses to any specific services questions within RFI, RFQ or RFP as needed

Engage customers along with the Sales to present the detailed value proposition or the service as necessary if requested

Requires high degree of technical understanding of the relevant Service Line and domain as well as strong coordination skills

Our ideal candidate has :

5 to 10+ years experience in technology or product consulting / implementation / Care with a Bachelor in Eng or Business preferred

Experience with Service Design Frameworks, Pre-Sales, Sales Pipeline Management and Revenue Management is a plus

Experience in launching products and / or service offerings for Enterprise B2B software (SaaS / Cloud / CRM) preferred

Good Strategic & analytical thinking capability along with organizational skills are required

Thought leader with strong PowerPoint / presentation skills and experience in working with and presenting to senior executives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Has interacted with senior management. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others team members in sensitive situations without damage to the relationships

Proven track record of leadership and high performance. Exposure to the travel domain from a technology standpoint a big plus

Summary :

The Courseware Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the courseware development team under the Kirtland / Davis-Monthan / Andrews / Moody (KDAM) Aircrew Training and Rehearsal Support (ATARS) contract.

Primary Responsibilities :

The Courseware Manager serves as the Subject Matter expert for managing the development, distribution, publishing, update and maintenance of all courseware baselines, syllabi, and training materials (e.

g. instructor guides, student guides, computer-based / web-based training, handheld media, etc.), for all syllabi identified in the KDAM contract.

  • Directs the work of Instructional Designers, Multi Media Specialist, Courseware Programmers and Learning Management System Administrators in meeting student aircrew academic training requirements.
  • The Courseware Manager plans and supports quarterly courseware working group meetings, syllabus reviews, course readiness reviews, formal course reviews, configuration control boards, and other review meetings as needed;
  • Prepares and presents courseware related briefings, data and results at the aforementioned meetings;
  • Conducts special investigations and studies to evaluate efficiency of courseware and related programs;
  • Applies knowledge of AFH 36-2235, Volumes 1 through 12, AFMAN 36-2234, Instructional System Development, and AFMAN 36-2236 to coordinate work of the courseware team members engaged in solving problems with courseware currency, content, delivery systems and the overall student training environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years’ experience in the management of personnel.
  • 10 years’ experience with AETC Courseware Development standards and processes.
  • 10 years’ experience in AETC SOI Management.
  • 10 years’ experience with ATARS training operations.
  • 5 years’ experience in Configuration Management Principles.
  • 5 years’ experience in developing proposals in response to a government RFP
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively solve complex problems
  • Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required

  • On occasion may have to be deployed on field assignments for periods of time up to 10 weeks or conduct other specialized assignments as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience as a C-130 Flight Engineer Instructor
  • 2000 hours of flight time as a C-130 Flight Engineer
  • Experience in curriculum development
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to clearly express procedures and physical processes and concepts to both our domestic and international customers.

CAE is seeking a Product Manager who is responsible for leveraging internally developed capabilities and technologies into mature, market-ready products and solutions for CAE’s customers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product planning with strong focus on building market-driven products
  • Must be eligible for DoD Security Clearance, eligibility for Top Secret clearance preferred

Role and Responsibilities

SUMMARY

An Integration Specialist shall provide technical leadership for the integration, test, and sell off of

simulation training devices. Engineering skills in Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test functional

disciplines are applied to technically coordinate small and support medium and large size projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Software Development and integration.
  • Hardware setup and integration.
  • Schedule and coordinate hardware and software integration tasks with other groups.
  • Thorough understanding of configuration management systems, hardware interfaces, and large scale

software development.

  • Hands on interaction with multiple software and hardware platforms.
  • Provide assistance to application engineers during their site time.
  • Command a clear understanding of Hardware and Software Integration (HSI) issues.
  • Implement corrective measures for all HSI issues that are not compliant to requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during subjective and objective evaluations of training devices.
  • Help with the resolution of all acceptance faults.
  • Participate in installations and final sell off of training devices.
  • Coordinate and review technical / operational deliverables prior to submission to customer.
  • Project Team Meetings (Weekly meetings with assigned staff).
  • Customer Reviews (support formal reviews with customers as required by assigned project)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • B S degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. All communications must be in English. · Analytical math skills necessary to complete the required tasks.
  • Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.

Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know.

Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS · May be required to sit down for long lengths of time. · May be required to climb stairs.

Must be able to travel CONUS and to International sites · Must be able to climb stairs to enter and exit a simulator This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Moderate to high levels of stress, associated with technical, schedule, and customer issues are to be expected with this position.

Extended work hours and possible 2nd and 3rd shift assignments are likely to be encountered.
