We are hiring two full-time, in-person Marketing Associates to work at Bunnell Idea Group (BIG). BIG's office is located in Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia.

This is an entry-level position no experience is required! We are looking for someone willing and excited to learn!

You’ll work side-by-side with our internal team and have a client-facing role. Our company has a small core team of A+ players plus an extended team of facilitators and coaches that work with us as 1099 subcontractors.

Requirements

As a Marketing Associate at Bunnell Idea Group, your responsibilities will include :

Assisting senior account leadership in the rollout of Bunnell Idea Group's primary offerings, and in client and facilitator communication and management.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to : taking meeting notes, calendar scheduling, and communicating status of initiatives to the broad internal team

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients while developing and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Must be willing to learn and participate in client conversations about BIG and our offerings.
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of client information, logistics, trainings, and attendees using platforms like Slack, Salesforce, and Basecamp
  • Contributing to the development of client and facilitator contracts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive with challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extreme attention to detail
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • High energy and go getter attitude
  • Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be comfortable serving in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Apple Suite (Numbers, Pages, Keynotes, and Mac Outlook)
