Core Functions :
- Responsible for maintaining all automation throughout the facility (electric circuits of 480VAC or less).

Qualifications :
- Education / Experience : Associates Industrial Electromechanical or similar degree is required, or 3-5 years of experience in industrial electromechanical repair required.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule which includes swing shift at times, weekends and holidays. This also includes overtime when needed.

Summary of Position
Electrician is responsible for installation, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical equipment and machines throughout the plant facility associated with electrical and electronic controls.

- Build high-quality statistical, economic, and machine learning models on demand using state-of-the-art analytical tools with clear explanations of model advantages and disadvantages;

Skill / Experience Requirements :
Minimum MS degree in a quantitative field (applied / ag economics, econometrics, physics, statistics, engineering, computer science, math, etc.
Advanced degree a plus.
- At least 3 years of research / industry hands-on experience in statistical modeling with real-world data.
- Solid foundation in mathematics and statistical modeling to be able to solve complex business problems via statistical models, machine learning algorithms, etc.
Experience with weather and crop analysis highly desirable.
- Excellent programming skills and working experience in python and / or R as well as their standard analytical packages including pandas, numpy, geopandas.
- Ability to handle large spatial-temporal datasets. Knowledge about Dash / Django / R Shiny is desirable. Experience with creating packages in Python / R is a plus.
Additional knowledge in HTML / Javascript is also a plus.
Good understanding of concepts related to supply / demand / marketing in agriculture. Familiar with publicly available agriculture-related datasets such as those published by the US Department of Agriculture.
Knowledge of financial instruments and or commodity markets is not required but a plus.

Position Summary :
Warehouse Associates are the last company personnel to handle finished product prior to customer delivery; therefore, operators need to have clear understanding of product packaging standards and transportation equipment standards.
Knowledge of product descriptions, palletizing methods, and lot numbers is required to ensure accurate order processing.
Proper loading ensures that trailer weights meet state and interstate highway weight requirements, and that our product arrives at the customer free of damage.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Work consistently in a safe manner.
- Perform basic order selection, picking, palletizing, and loading functions for finished product orders, which includes the following : Inspect trailers to be loaded to ensure company standards are met.
Decide proper load stacking and sequence following FIFO. Verify product codes, lot numbers, and item counts. Prepare correct picking and loading records to facilitate accurate transportation documents and customer receiving documents.
This will ensure accurate accounting of product and lot numbers, proper customer invoicing, as well as complete and updated finished product inventory.
- Maintain safe operation of transportation equipment. Lock and chock trailers for personal safety.
- Ensure safe storage of product to eliminate safety incidents.
- Maintain order and arrangement of finished product in storage areas to ensure integrity and quality of the finished product;
ensure areas are neat and clean.
Other tasks and activities as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED Preferred; demonstration of proper forklift operation.
Training Requirements :
Good Manufacturing Practices, sit-down forklift and motorized pallet movers
Physical Demands : Order selection and loading tasks occur in 45oF environment; basic job functions involve operation of sit-down forklift;
stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds are common; stacking cases and manual stretch wrapping.
Salary range $21-$32. This role is also eligible to receive an annual incentive bonus.
