Responsibilities :
Achieving sales targets through lead generation, prospect qualification, earning referrals, product presentations, working with team members, negotiating, and closing the deal
Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to identify disconnects in practice and to offer solutions to meet prospects needs
Collaborate with marketing and the sales team to identify competitors and bring awareness regarding the strengths and weaknesses of all products
Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned region through the effective selling techniques and marketing advantages
Discover new leads, build and develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement sales strategies to achieve short and long-term market penetration
Co-travel as needed to drive opportunities, conduct product presentations, participate in
Conferences / Tradeshows upon request, host and / or sponsor Study Clubs and product presentation events, schedule Lunch and Learns
Schedule future appointments and presentations to meet or exceed sales goals
Provide updates and information on lead status and closure of prospects
Knowledge on how to engage with clinicians and office staff
Supports sales implementation as needed to provide world class customer service
Understand client’s business needs and opportunities to help client plan ways to increase business flow, streamline processes, problem solve, and reduce any inefficiencies
Working closely with Management to provide insight and recommendations for priorities, forecasting, and tasks as it relates to sales goals
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections of revenue and sales pipeline.
Provide feedback to the development of the annual sales goals
Provide feedback and knowledge on sales cycles, effectiveness on existing sales methods, strategies, and procedures
Meet with leadership team to identify challenges, market trends, and areas of growth
Update all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required
Sales experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Preferred Qualifications :
Medical sales or B2B experience required
Able to deliver information in a clear, well-structured, and compelling manner
Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
Exemplary organization and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and driven for sales activity
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, fast-paced with high-growth potential

Position : Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Target Market : Specialists in Endocrinology or Rheumatology Products
Salary : Base salary range of $135,000to $155,000K and a total compensation at plan range of $190,000 to $200,000K.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of specialty Pharma sales experience. Looking for someone who can sell an injectable product to specialists and another product soon to launch.
Company culture is small and promising, which can be attractive to some candidates. Candidates with experience in Endocrinology or Rheumatology and smaller company experience and experience working with specialty pharmacies is a plus.
The territory covered is Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. It is preferred candidates live in Brooklyn or Queens or just across the bridge in Hoboken.
