SERVICE MANAGER

GAME DAY

Our Sports Bar Service Manager is on the front line, operating our sports bars on a day to day basis. As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers.

It will be up to you to make sure that FOH operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans, focusing on Guest Engagement and satisfaction.

If that weren't cool enough, you'll also ensure that overall day-part sales building initiatives are properly executed.

WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

You know the business. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.

You have the education and experience. You’re a high school graduate or similar and possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law).

Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree, and / or 2 years of previous management experience.

You're Team focused. You have a passion for training and developing your Team.

GAME DAY

As a bartender, we count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each Guest you encounter by making personal connections What brings you in?

Drive loyalty with talk of sports, interesting beverages to pair with great food, and all kinds of nifty promotional programs.

Educate and inform, entertain and engage. Garnish with a great attitude that brings Guests back.

REQUIRMENTS

• You are a minimum of 18 years of age
• You have prior service experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Must be able to work on foot for long periods of time
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-intensity job setting
• Heart of a competitor - Sportsmanship, Hustle, Spontaneity, Community, and Fun are all part of your player profile
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills

$15.50 - $20.15 The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.

PRE-GAME

We are looking for Servers with the personality and commitment to create something a little different for everyone. Your personality plus our amazing offerings in Wings, Beer, and Sports equals a home run!! You're the one with the knowledge and confidence to read your guests and recommend just the thing to hit the spot.

The successful candidate will have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality.

GAME DAY

Greets guests, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.

Informs guests of special offers and promotions.

Obtains food and drink orders from guests accurately.

Relays orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.

Delivers accurate food and drink orders to guests in a timely manner.

Interacts verbally with all guests verifying accuracy of order and satisfaction of guests.

Observes guests and responds to any additional requests.

Maintains guest satisfaction throughout entire visit.

Clears plates, glasses and baskets from table and carry to kitchen for cleaning.

Presents guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment.

Makes correct change and / or completes the proper charge card procedure.

Participates in the clearing, sanitizing and resetting of guests' tables.

Performs other duties as requested.

RULES OF PLAY

You will become completely familiar with our menu.

You thrive in fast paced and high intensity environment for extended periods of time.

You are reliable and dependable to cover your shift as scheduled.

You maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.

You can stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours.

You have sense of balance, can bend, kneel and to lift trays frequently weighing 10-15 pounds.
