Detailed Description :
- Execute planning, design, and engineering services project work involving electrical power distribution systems for wastewater and water treatment, stormwater, infrastructure, and water reuse.
- Conduct technical evaluations to support planning and design-related activities.
- Perform project management, deputy project management, or task manager roles
- Perform electrical engineering work on a variety of environmental engineering projects.
- Perform calculations and prepare technical memoranda, reports, drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents.
- Conduct field work and construction support services as necessary for various projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with project teams including other disciplines (drafters, designers, and other engineers).
- Successfully manage and deliver assignments on time and on budget
- Adhere to Brown and Caldwell’s QA / QC process.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
- Desire to work on projects related to wastewater, water resources, water reuse, infrastructure, and stormwater
- Good technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Related coursework or internship experience required; 2+ years of professional experience preferred

- Experience in industrial power systems design, service entrance, feeder and branch circuits, lighting, emergency power, and power distribution equipment is desired
- Knowledge of the application of the National Electrical Code preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical safety systems, NFPA 70E preferred
Salary Range : The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending on skills, experience, and education.

The Marketing / Proposal Senior Specialist works closely with senior leaders supporting sales / marketing and business development efforts, including proposal tracking;

This position will be based in Phoenix or Las Vegas. Primary responsibilities include :

Responsibilities include coordinating all elements of pursuits : strategy development, messaging, content development, formatting, proofreading, coordination with graphics, editing / review, compliance, brand adherence, with a strong focus on efficient and timely production.
Ability to direct and lead interview preparation and coaching of technical staff as required.
Client Development : Provides general business development support to facilitate client contact by Client Service Managers (CSM), including assembling information packages, connecting CSMs to other clients, experts, and opportunities within the organization, organizing client workshops and special events, and maintaining marketing files.
Work with CSMs to understand and respond to client needs, meetings and events.
Business Development : Contributes to company marketing process improvements to support efficiency and overall sales program effectiveness.
Provides planning support for regional conferences to maximize presence and investment.
Marketing Information : Manages process to create and maintain well-organized, up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes that reflect firm strengths and client benefits.
Provides timely entry of accurate and complete opportunity information and products in company tracking system.
Desired Skills and Experience :
