About Cleaning Specialist Position
Breuckelen Cleaning Solutions, a residential cleaning company based in Brooklyn, New York, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Home and Office Cleaning Technician.
As a cleaning technician, you will be responsible for cleaning both homes and offices in various locations throughout New York in various boroughs.

Cleaning Specialist Responsibilities
Clean homes and offices to meet the company's high standards
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team leader and other team members
Follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on level of importance
Report any issues or problems to the team leader
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Assist the team leader with daily operations as needed
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Cleaning Specialist Requirements
Proven service experience
Ability to troubleshoot
English literacy
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and possibly evenings
Reliable smart phone, with data and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
