Digital Marketing Manager

Contract to hire position in Dallas (Deep Ellum area).
Hybrid : in office 20-50% as needed for meetings
Responsibilities :
- Strategic creation and execution of successful digital demand and lead generation campaigns from start to finish in advance of deadlines across all channels (email, digital, print, and events)
- Strategize with Sales leadership on marketing needs
- Report on metrics and effectiveness of content approaches and design.
- Support sub-contractors and external vendors for campaign questions and needs
- Support industry partnerships and events, and the Sales team's collateral and presentation needs
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare report and sales data
- Support sales enablement and sales teams with content to drive top funnel development
- Website & social media updates as needed (Wordpress, Medium, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective brand and design approach
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective campaign strategies that articulate core benefits properly and consistently Requirements :
- 10 years professional experience overall
- 2+ years experience in B2B ABM / Content marketing with a technology services or consulting firm.
- Bachelors or Masters in marketing, communications, design or related discipline
- Proven work experience in graphic design and digital marketing with at least 7 years in a management role in B2B marketing space for a technology services company
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Technical aptitude for configuring and implementing software from analytics, CRM, web development, and graphic design
- Experience / consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
- An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads and sales
- 20-50% time in office
