If you can say yes you could be a good fit for the role of Recruiter at Bone Dry Roofing. We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and support the recruiting process.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with the sourcing and screening of candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records by updating and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate via email, text, and phone calls with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with new hire orientation of new employees
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition / Retention Manager as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication to candidates
• Assist with other projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• High School graduate
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Google suites, and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work.
• Long periods of concentration.
• Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• $38,500 to $48,000
